It is very sorry to state that some companies like RETAILMART.com are doing FRAUD business in supplying defective products in the name of online shopping. I had purchased one LOTTO SLIPPERs costing Rs.450 from them thru ORDER no.00064994. which was delivered on 27thof June 2012 and it got broken after only 3 days i.e. on 30th of June 2012. I made a complaint on their customer care e-mail which was never replied. I tried their customer care...

I had ordered a couple of items from retailmart.com on 18 Oct 2011, and they have not yet been delivered. There is no information on shipping, mails go unanswered, and the call center number published keeps on ringing. While the amount paid is not very high, the least I would expect is that the company either refunds the amount of confirms the date of delivery....

I had placed an order (# 29107) on 15-May-2011 for two items (Passport Case & Birthday Cake) with Retailmart.com to be delivered to an address in Mumbai on 19-May-2011.

First of all I would like to start by saying that retailmart.com is an atrocious online shopping company. One must avoid it at all costs unless they want to be cheated out of their hard earned money.
