Retailmart.com — Non receipt of order

First of all I would like to start by saying that retailmart.com is an atrocious online shopping company. One must avoid it at all costs unless they want to be cheated out of their hard earned money. I had made a purchase of a computer bag worth 1300/- from these cheaters on 6th June 2011. My order id is 00032204. They had promised me that the product will be delivered within 7 working days. It's been more than 12 days now and I have not heard anything from these jerks. I have spoken to their so called customer care executives on the phone and the only thing that they know how to do is to keep dilly-dallying and give out false information. Avoid this company at all cost.
