Hi,

This it to inform you that we are not happy with your team operator Mr. Shekar.

The concern is that it is long story: Actually we have opted for a cab on 6th Mar 2010 by calling to your number which is provided in the website: [protected] at 10:23am and spoke to Mr. Vinod every thing has been informed to Mr. Vinod, as we are regular customer of your's where even Mr. Vinod aware of the package which we are going to take and he confirmed us regarding the Package opted: Package is (8hours - 80kilometer - 800rs Vehicle Tata Indicab) and this is our package which we are taking from past 3months, same agreed by your operator Mr. Vinod and send the vehicle at 2:10pm, but my dad was not aware of the vehicle which we had booked, hence he travelled and returned the place at 7:30pm on the same day, however to our surprise we found that the vehicle sent by your operator was Tata Indigo LX (Vehicle Number - KA*04*C*5317) and the driver who named called Mr. Shankar.

We asked him regarding the cab package which was sent to us without providing any information regarding the Tata Indigo LX package, where to our utter surprise the reply from the driver was : "He got a information from his operator that we have opted for Tata Indigo LX with the scheme as 12rs per kilometer and waiting charge 50rs per hour and he ask us to pay Rs. 1032/- + waiting charges Rs. 40/-, but we refuse to pay the same and requested the driver to call the concern person who had spoken to us in the morning regarding the Lead.

Story continues: Driver called up to operator, where the call received by Mr. Shekar and the driver informed him the scenario, but the reply from him even was (Shekar) " Customer is opted for 12rs per kilometer with Tata indigo LX package not 8hours - 80kilometer - 800rs Vehicle Tata Indicab" and he informed the driver to collect Rs.1072/- from the customer, here i would like to bring your notice that he was not spoke to us in the morning (He is was not in the picture at all) need a complete clarification here...?,

Shekar informed the driver that, if customer denies to pay the said amount then take the customer to POLICE STATION and disconnected the call.

Here i want your team to educate your Operator Mr. Shekar and find out where the exact mistake is from and ask him to speak properly with the customer, even we know to take you people to Police station the mistake is from your operator not from us....

I want your team to justify as to why you have sent Tata Indigo LX instead of Tata Indicab 8hours - 80kilometer - 800rs package, which was clearly communicated to Mr. Vinod at the time of booking in the morning on 6th Mar 2010 at 10:23am. We are ready to provide the recordings of telephonic conversation had with Mr. Vinod regarding the package which clearly states that we have opted for "8hours - 80kilometer - 800rs Vehicle Tata Indicab".

And I want Mr. Shekar to call up and apologies for the words which he is used for without checking the correct details, he doesn't have any rights to take us to police station, ask him to speak with the customer courteously, and also I want you people to refund the amount which is billed without our information and the same thing to be closed within 48hours, if not I do not have any option I need to take this issue to consumer forum for the harassment and the mental agony received from your team and ask for penalty.
