REX Cab is completely fraud agency. We have booked cab for 3 days trip but as soon as they got new booking they dropped us in ooty. They came with some goons to our room, charged unnecessary amount and fought with my family.

This is a complete fraud agency. Let me give my encounter details and how i became a victim after renting a cab from Rexcabs. There is no option for 0 stars or negative stars. I would have happily given in negative. Such pathetic
hospitality. Now let me tell the details. I searched in net regarding rented cabs from Bangalore to Mysore.I got a few calls from many as my request was publicly present in internet through JUSTDIAL. I came home and called one number
from that missed call list. It was REXCABS. This guy who was on phone was very good while talking. No body can accuse anything regarding the behavior of the guy, but deep inside it was a hell crap. So, I booked my cab for 9th morning.We
had the conversation through phone on 7th night. So only one day was there. So, I booked the cab without thinking too much.All was fixed in call itself. It was a AC Indica which i booked for Rs 8 a KM. I got a call from driver next day
and he said he will come on 9th morning. All was done. The driver called on 9th morning. It took a while for him to find my place, but finally he got it. And we started the journey. I was with my parents as they came to my place for a
short vacation. I wanted them to see Mysore and all as I heard a lot regarding it previously.I gave rs 1000 to him for filling petrol as he asked for it. We roamed places there. In between I offered breakfast and snacks to the driver as
a courtesy ( Around Rs 200 spent ). Now came the twist. We returned around 11:30 pm and the KM covered was a whopping 470 km If you will check the google distance, Bangalore- Mysore is 150 km. So 150 plus 150 plus plus 50 km(max
possible distance in between).The km should be around 350 km and all, . but we covered 470 km. God knows what the driver did to the distance covered. We all know it can be increased.Thanks to the car. I am not even saying anything
regarding it. Let him increase the distance.My problem was while paying he took mistakenly Rs 4700. Whereas it was supposed to be Rs 3800(470*8) plus Rs 500(driver bata) equals to Rs 4300. It was late. So, i even didn't think much. The
confusion was created by the 1000 rupees which I gave in the morning to the driver for petrol. We came back to our house. Next morning, I realized the driver took 500 more mistakenly. I called him at once.At the first go he denied taking
extra money. Then I called Rexcabs directly and told him the issue. They said they will talk with the driver. After sometime, I called Rexcabs again, then Rexcabs had him in conference, n finally the driver agreed of taking rs 500 extra
after a lot of argument between me and him. Now what he was saying amused me. He said sir, you are right, but i cant come to your house again in an empty cab. It will cost me. I said recharge rs 500 in mobile, that would do.He said, sir,
m not in Bangalore now, will recharge it once i came back from Bangalore. I called the Rexcabs again and told him about it. They said yes sir- he will recharge once he come back. This conversation was on 10th April, now its 13th April..
Yesterday I called both the driver and Rexcabs, these fraudsters didn't even pick the calls(around 10 times). Again I tried today, same result.. It's not about 500 rupees, Its about playing with the customers.This driver purposefully
increased 120 km, m not saying anything regarding it. let it be. I paid his bf n snacks bills(extra 200 bucks), ignore that also, but still these morons still want o loot. These fraudsters should be in jail. I know I wrote long. but the
persons who are thinking o[censored]sing REXCABS don't ever do that.
If any senior official of Rexcabs is looking at this note, let me tell the driver name its MOHAN Ph no was[protected].The car number was KA 04 AA 7644 And the Rexcab official whom i called was available at [protected].I know
this will do nothing to the culprits involved, but atleast any good person who is present in Rexcab(if any i doubt though) can escalate this to the supreme authority to make sure th involed fraudsters are suspended at the earliest so
that ppl can be saved from thse morons.Both Rexcabs and it drivers are looting people .I was thinking of filing an FIR in police regarding it. But my parents said, not to exaggerate the issue.SHate you Rexcabs and I will make sure, none
of my friends, relatives, colleagues and anybody i know will never use it ever again. Goodbye! Enjoy with the looted money
