Rim — activation of caller tune forcibly

I am user of reliance mobile for last 2 months. Presently I have been facing unprecedented difficulty as some amount has been deducted from my balance in the name of introducing/activating caller tune forcibly i.e. without my asking for at all which is a violation of TRAI instructions and for which I shall also go to TRAI and Consumer Court if not satisfied by action taken at your in this regard. My inference is that your customer care centre will certainly prove to be a dragger and bring bad name to your good image so far. So it is requested to advise/instruct your customer care centre to refund the amount deducted amount from my account during last couple of days and, in future, strictly not to activate any caller-tune or any scheme, whatsoever, on my reliance mobile connection number [protected] in the name of Manju Gupta.
To illustrate the diffulty it is submitted that your customer care centre reps do misbehave with the customers and disconnect the phone when they are unable to face and reply to the right querries of the customers and do not allow them to talk to their senior managers (in most cases senior managers also repeat the same thing and disconnect the phone without satisfying the customers' querries.). Pls confirm the action taken against the CCC and regarding refund of deducted money in my account immediately or I shall have no option but to go to consumer court and TRAI authorities.
