I HAVE PURCHASED A RIM NO.FOR IN HIMACHAL PARDESH MY FATHER MY MOBILE NO. IS [protected]. MY VOICE CHAT IS ACTIVATED FOR THIS NO BY RIM. MY FATHER HAS NEVER ACTIVATED THIS. IN AUG 2009 I HAVE REGISTERED FOR DND SERVICE AND I HAVE RECEIVED MESSEGE FOR DND ACTIVATION. BUT MY FATHER IS STILL RECEIVENING CALLS FROM VOICE CHAT SOMEONE IS ABUSEING AND MISSBEHAIVING WITH MY FAMILY MEMBER . I HAVE COMPLAINT MANY TIME WITH RIM CUSTOMER CARE BUT THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING WELL.

RIM — DISCONNECTION OF MY FATHER CELL NO.

my father purchase a cdma classic handset which s.n. R831CK[protected], He take connection on it of reliance (rim) no was [protected] he take plan on it lifetime. As he is retired person he always topup this phone by 30 rs or more. Once a day he tried to call me but he could not become sucess. Then he topup this phone by 10 rs, still unable to call me because his service was permanently disconnected by reliance. Thus this phone was only way to get connected. When i come then take the phone and gone to reliance web world but the person denyed me for activation of any no on this type of handset. When i ask why ? Then he replied me that average life of a handset is 2 year. So, reliance is not responsible, u need to purchase another handset and this handset will come to use by children to play. Now i request you kindly re-open my same no with same handset. Why u forget when you sold your handset before then you guy commited to us that this handset has life time only topup is required.
