Voice chat ,ishue Respected sir, I am Binod using reliance phone from many years my number is [protected] & [protected].sir from past many months I am totally disturbed from this services. before requesting any services they have activated many sercives like VOICE CHAT, COLLER TUNES ETC, and they have deducted amount form my phone BALANCE with out informing to me it has been repeated many times so plse I REQUEST YOU TO TAKE RESONABLE ACTION ON THIS COMPLAINT. Allready I have registered many complaints to the custmer care but there was no action taken from their side Was this information helpful? | |||

I recharge my cell [protected] with 100 Rs and i reieved a call from the company regarding the particular service but i refused for the service. Even then they activate the service on my no. When i tried to know it from the customer care but they dont give a satisfactorily explanation. However when the executive refer the call to his senior Named Rahul Srivastav beside giving the explanation regarding the problem he talked in a rubbish manner and try abushing and he cut the call. So i find it very humilating and unresponsible behavior of your person. So i expect an action for the same.
