Sir/Madam,
>My incom tax refund of Rs.14076/-for f.y. year 2008-09 vide PAN No.AODPK3302G has not been crdited in my AXIS Bank A/c , through ECS since 1 july 2009

>I have checked your NSDL site for status of income tax where in it has been shown that "Refund is already credited to your bank:"ECS Reference Number [protected].

> I have confirmed from my Bank they clarified that of above said income tax has not been received from the income tax deptt..

>I shall be grateful to you if necessary action is taken to release the refund transaction record and crediting Rs. 14076/- into my above mentioned Bank Savings A/C
