I booked one parcel from vizianagaram/andhrapradesh to chennai on[protected]. Docet no. Is a[protected]. Even after 9 days the parcel is not delivered at chennai. Their web tracking shows 'in transit'. I have already send 3 mails to '[protected]@firstflight.Net' and there was no response. Tried to contact phone no.[protected] but nobody lifts the phone. When contacted their hyderabad office directed me to contact their visakhapatnam no.[protected]....
