[Resolved] RO Water Purifier — Top's in cheaters list | |
I bought a Eureka Forbes RO water Purifier nearly 1 months back. They had mentioned at the time of sales that they provide the best service to the customer. This equipment costs nearly 14, 000 Rs and they claim that this is the best water purifier system combined with best service. The person who came to install the water purifier was so rude and clueless that no one would even allow him inside the house. Even if someone wants to learn how to be unprofessional he would be the perfect candidate. There salesman (Sambhaji, Pune Branch) was one of the biggest layer I have ever seen. The water purifier has been leaking from first day and i have complained to the customer care office more than 2 weeks back but even they practice the same ethics. This is the worst Experience I had from any brands. I wish company like this should go bankrupt and close down soon so that they are not able to cheat others. Was this information helpful? | |

RO Water Purifier — RO not working, complaint not heard
RO was purchased by us in september 2008 from 2 sales persons. their names and phone numbers are:Janardan [protected]

This RO was carrying 1 year guarantee. Now this RO is in total mess. It is not working at all. These persons are doing fraud with many people. they do not give timely service to the customers nor attending their complains. these people deserved to be arrested U/S 420 of IPC. please look into the matter to save other people to fall prey to them.
they have cheated us and many more. the action need to be taken against them.
