Royal Enfield Classic - 350 — starter motor & kick not working problem

I have purchased Classic 350 in Dec-2010.
Since starting I am facing some problem with my bike.
1.Head seal leakage problem:- For this I have contacted nearest service station. As per the service person this problem is there in this model bikes & company is providing dow-nut for solving this problem & replacing the head seal.
I have done the same after observing leakage from head seal but for this I need to do various follow-up with service station for doing the same.

2.Starter motor damage problem:- Just after 9 months my bike's starter motor got damage.
I have again visited service station & came to know that starter motor got damage & I need to repair/replace the same.
Since last 3 months I am using kick for starting my bike.

3.Kick-pawl damage (not able to start my bike):- I was using kick since last 2 months for starting bike.
Just before 3 days (11 months after purchasing bike) kick is not working.
Again I visited service station & came to know that kick-pawl got damage which will take about Rs.4500/- for replacing the same.
Also service technician told me that this problem (kick-pawl damage) is there with this model bike & they have replaced kick-pawl of many bikes as kick-pawl material was proper. But I was not aware about this problem so I didnt used kick for starting my bike.
Just after free service I need to spend much money on my bike for repairing.

My friend are asking about the feedback of my bike & could not say better as I am facing these kind of problems with my bike.
Earlier I was assuming that Royal Enfield bike's are robust & rugged on every road & weather but I didn't find the same after purchasing my bike.

I can understand that manufacturing/design defects may be 0.1% for the company but the bike which I own is 100% for me.
So I request Royal Enfield to replace/repair such defective parts from your product so that customer will believe on the products.

Also please let me know how can I get repaired my bike? will I have to pay for this as problem occured just after 11 months.?
