i had booked royal enfield on 15 august 2011
and it was said that it will be delivered withen 3 and half months
but it has been more than 5 and half months and still they are saying more 2 to 3 months
each and every time we go they say it will come withen next 10 days
its been 3 months and i m still waiting for it

    i have booked 4 royal enfield classic 350, in tecnic motors royal enfield dealer in Bangalore but they say no vehical as come 4rm company.no stock, but why they take bookings from customer & booking money if they are not able to fullfill the requirement. t think they are making hipe in the city and creating demond. so kindly respond..

      I booked a Royal Enfield Standard 350 CC bike by paying a cash advance of Rs 1000/-.booking date-20 May 2011.
      The dealer DHONE AUTOMOBILES promised me a waiting period of 6/7 months.
      After 8 months from booking date I am wating for delivery.

      i booked my classic 350 maroon color in besant nagar showroom i paid a amount of 1000 rs for the initial booking process. I booked the bike on 28-aug-2011. The dealer said that I'll get my bike in 6 months period. Now he says the demand increased and he says I'll get my bike in April. Waiting for such a long period gives me a bad impression and often i have change in mind for the bike. I kindly request the factory people to deliver the bike as soon as possible...!

      I booked a silver colour Electra 350 cc bullet from Patna siddhi Vinayak showroom on 4/12/12 but still they are not giving me the bike. They are saying that we are unable to provide you the silver colour, so plz have some diffrent colour . Is this the right professionalism of Royal Enfeild ?? I am chooser but your company think us beggar. So, its almost 3 months now and there is no confirm date of delivery of my bullet . I want it to get it any how at the end of the February month, so its my humble request to plz get it deliver on the right time, though its already too late.

        dear sir,
        royal enfield eicher motors pvt ltd were delay in delivering the classic 500. I booked before 4 months , they told me january first week bike will handover tome but they didnt do.after this last date was the 2nd week of january 2012. but it was not delivered today the price hike between Rs.5000 extra on it this is not acceptable so pls take action .

          Hi Sir,

          I Abdul Samad Malik hereby to inform you that the dealer called Royal Enfield synergy auto inc. near Hotel peninsula ghatkopar andheri link road sakinaka andheri(east), Mumbai- 400072 had promised me by taking advance of rupees FIFTY THOUSAND Cheque no.766065 dated 13/09/11 towards payment against classic desert storm that he will give me the bike within one month time as i am given the down payment of fifty thousand as it passed four month i haven't received the bike yet and dealer keep on making an excuse that you will receive the bike with in 1 or 2 days since passed 3 month as bike rates are rising up and also, he promise me that he will open the show room near address as above shortly but until now he had not even opened the showroom and this thing really bothering me.

          So, i am logging a complain against RoyalEnfield that we are business people we do not have much time for this crap going to the dealers again and again and asking for the bike. so kindly take some action against the dealer or i will take this matter to the court

          Kindly look into the matter and do the needful and Kindly revert at your earliest.

          I T.J.sivasankar has booked Royal Enfield motor cycle-thunder bird modal dated on 28th december 2011 order no3918 at southern motors-Anna Nagar-chennai 40.They promiced me that within six month time the vehicle will be delivered but at the end of ninth month on september too they r not willing to deliver to me.Last monday on 17th september when I visited southern motors I was shocked to see they have delivered thunder bird motor cycle on 17th september to a person who has booked on march 2012 in 6 months time.They have deliberately cheated me which gives rise to think unwanted the southern motors expect.Due to the above dodng tactics of the southern motors I was put to mental agony and sleeples nights.So I kindly refer to the authority concerned to immediately deliver Royal Enfield thunder bird motor cycle within 5 working days or i will be forced to go to consumer Redressal cell for a compensation of rupees fifty thousand and you have to submit all the books of accounts before court of law.
          The Royal Enfield has a long glorious history, heritage&pride in indian soil.So dont damage your esteemed image by these types of double standared business

            I buyed Royal Enfield Electra in Warangal opposite kmc medical collage 2months ago , and completed my 2nd service for today. service is so bad. he only changes engine oil & wash the bike i bought this machine for 1,20,000. i don't have pleasure of the ride he only knows to change the engine oil. There are no trained mechanics. i wonder how this contract has given to such people to run this showroom. at least there must be professional mechanics.

              sir, i bought a bike standard bullet bike from New Plot Janipur Road, Doordarshan Line
              Jammu
              Jammu and Kashmir - 180005,reliance motors, 1 year before
              i hav spent more than Rs.20,000 for the repairing of its engine, but there in no work done by the showroom,
              i m not happy for this bad support to the customer,
              i wanna change my replace that bike as soon as possible.
              what can i do, suggest me and solve problem.

              Dear sir

              1) I purchases Royal enfield classic 350 in 6th Sept.2011( in pune from Dhone Automobiles), within one month I found its mirrors are become a whitish, I told this copmlaint to RE service station, they told me it is not under warranty/gaurenty, after one month Left hand mirror is totaly loose & falled down.

              2) one time short circuit occurred at head light, & due to that frequently its fuse goes down

              A heavy noise from engine of my Royal enfield Electra while self start or kick start. I had register a complaint about this problem during 2nd service. And I visit many times to service station. But my complaint should not reslove till now. They Said a part of my bullet's engine is broke or damaged. I want to know u will manufacture this kind of machines. And if there is any problem so u should have to reslove this. but still no reply form your 1 of service station. Its about to come 1 year. When ever i visit to service station they had always the same answer ( when ever their engineer come to the outlet they will tell him the complaint)

                starter motor & kick not working problem

                I have purchased Classic 350 in Dec-2010.
                Since starting I am facing some problem with my bike.
                1.Head seal leakage problem:- For this I have contacted nearest service station. As per the service person this problem is there in this model bikes & company is providing dow-nut for solving this problem & replacing the head seal.
                I have done the same after observing leakage from head seal but for this I need to do...

                sir,
                i bought a royal enfield thunderbird on 3rd jan 2011.i attended first service and after that i went abroad, now i came before a month and noticed a sound in the engine after 2-3 days.i approached my dealer on nov 19th.my bike has covered only 2000kms and the dealer told me that he wont give warranty(but they promised for 1 year warranty during the purchase) and he asked me to pay for a spare part(sleeve).i agreed for that too, but till date they didnt gave me that spare part.the name of the dealer is chandra motors, nagercoil.i am not at all satisfied with the customer service provided by them.kindly take necessary action regarding my complaint and warranty of my bike.

                  Hi All,

                  My Name is Vishal Jhawar. I booked a bike at Erragadda showroom, Hyderabad, A.P with the Receipt# 12190. I have been to the showroom for couple of times and asked for the cancellation of the Bike before few months and they have taken all my details including My Bank A/C # and said that I will be getting the cheque in a week. However its more than months & as per the Booking Policy(4 months), My bike can arrive anytime. I spoke to multiple persons (Raju, Nitesh) at showroom, everytime I call they say that I will be receiving a cheque or I am outside the show room. As it was not working anymore, I wrote a mail to the customer service of Royal Enfield, yet its not cancelled and I did not got my refund.

                  I have one more Enfield because of the negligence (Company end), servicing problems and representative attitude towards the customer, force me to cancel the booking of my above Bike. The attitude conveys a message that its U (the Customer) who invested UR Money & i[censored] want UR Bike to be repaired then U have to listen to US or U don't have any other go. Or else We(Mr. Purshottam, Royal Enfield) are not responsible for UR Bike's warranty(on Spares). My Bike has been to showroom for 2 days during my 1st service, however the problem was still there for which I had to go to the showroom and for my surprise he removes some part to fix the problem. During my 2nd service (with the same problem & locks not working) after the exchange of mails with Customer service, my bike was at service for almost 3 days, yet its not fully repaired and Surprise you are now with one more new problem araised in the Bike. The Manager says that he will send the person to my place and will fix the issue, however they always calls ME on the number where I already informed that I will not be available. I have given them my office extension to reach me during my working hours.

                  I am not sure as to how can I get My booking cancelled for refund and Vehicle repaired up to satisfaction (of driving a 1st hand Bike). Now its really becoming a pain and frustrating to follow up. Cant go with any of the other repair center's outside as the Bike has consistent problem with the Parts (Very Fragile) and will not be replaced if the servicing is done outside. Now I started feeling that once after the free service's are done they are going to come up with numerous problems and change of spares(defective spares received from company).

                  Royal enfield showroom adyar, chennai is dragging without giving excess paid amount ; initially they have informed me that the refund will be processed within 15 days. But, even after completion of 50 days, they are not processed ; show room incharge number is switched off ; sales person is not attending the call ; accounts person is having standard answer " it will be processed within 15 days" God will help us to get the refund.

                    Please find below a message received from your Mr. Xavier Jaganathan, which is self explanatory.

                    I state that the Company headed by you has
                    fraudulently sold the 350 CC Classic Motor Cycle, which
                    is in entirety defective. To prove the same, you may seek
                    the job / service cards from M/s. Teknik Motors and also
                    confirm the same from your Mr. Xavier Jaganathan, Chennai
                    and Mr. N. Shivaprasad, Bangalore.

                    The said vehicle was sold to me on 5th July, 2011 and since
                    then the vehicle is in your Dealer's workshop almost all the
                    time. Even now too. All most all the components were replaced. It was just used for 1100 Kms.

                    Since more than 2 months, I am talking to Mr. Xavier and Mr.
                    Shivaprasad. My request was to replace the vehicle at the
                    first instance or pay back my money as a second change.

                    All these days, the afore-said Officers were saying that they will
                    talk to the Management and will revert to me. At the end, now
                    they expressed their inability.

                    If the objective of the Royal Enfield is to earn revenues by such
                    unethical means, please let me know. I will try to raise
                    some funds for your Company.

                    I hope the Royal Enfield will not steal a common man's 1.25 lakhs
                    just like that.

                      I ordered a Royal Enfield Thunder bird 350 cc on the name of my father Capt. K.P Singh who is an ex-army personal on 01 july 2011..
                      28 june 2011
                      I approached the manager at the showroom in order to know the procedure for booking through the army canteen services.the store manager though was himself not clear about the procedure and made several calls to know to know about the procedure and at the end asked me to submit. a purchase order of Rs. 100882.
                      01 july 2011.
                      i approached the showroom with the relevent documents and after producing the purchase order the manager mr. nilesh( who probably has now left the job told me that the purchase orders are of no use as he would need them at the delivery time, and asked me to fill up the regular order form by giving Rs. 1000 in cash.
                      i did the same and got a booking order no. 3902.The amount of Rs. 100882, however was deducted from my account after 2-3 days.Upon asking manager about the delivery period, i was told that the delivery would be made within 3.5 months as its a CSD booking and is the wait list for bookings by army personnels is less, however as per company guidlines he will have to mention the duration of delivery on booking receipt as 4- 5 months .
                      i agreed upon the same without any questions and left..

                      28 sept 2011.
                      i went to the showroom in order to know the status of the booking.It should be noted that i never approached the manager during these 3 months to inquire about the vehicle and this was the time when all blunders started happening.
                      the showroom manger was changed and the new manager Mr. Nitin Kr. Chawla informed me that Mr Nilesh has left the organization. upon inquiring about the delivery he told me that i shouldn't have made the payment of RS. 100882 to eichers motors. ltd as their was a revision in prices and now i their was a difference of rs. 876 and i will have to make a new purchase order along with the octroi excemption certificate as it was valid for 30 days only.upon asking the procedure of booking he told me that the previous manager probably was not aware about CSD booking process.( I wonder who should be blamed for that.)how ever he told me that i need to deposit all the documents by 05 oct 2011, so that i can get the delivery by 15 oct 2011 as i have already made the full payment and also asked me to bring alond a cheque of Rs. 10318 for RTO purpose at the time of submitting the documents.

                      08 OCT 2011
                      My father Capt K.P Singh along with me went to the showroom to deposit the papers and the cheque of Rs. 10318 and did all the necessary paper work and submitted the required documents and where told that the vehicle would get delivered by 15 oct 2011 and i would be getting a call for the same.

                      15 Oct 2011
                      Not getting a call from R.E , i called up the showroom and came to know that mr. Nitin Kr Chawla is on vacation and upon inquiring about the delivery i was told that it would be delivered by 26 Oct 2011. I asked the reason for delay and Mr. Anup who was on the other side of phone was kind enough to tell me "" i don't know as i am not the manager "".Shocked by such an answer, i visited the showroom on the same day and after getting meaning less arguments from Mr. Nitin Kr. Chawla( who was actually not on leave) i was given a final date of 26 oct 2011.

                      26 Oct 2011.
                      Once again the same thing ...i never received a call from the R.E people and had to call them to inquire about delivery and this time they were straight forward enough to tell me that the delivery cannot be made in October month and would be made by 15 nov 2011.

                      Mr. kailash Shiwale who is placed in nerul branch of R.E was the showroom manager this time and again with minor arguments he told me that the delivery would definetly be made on 10 Oct 2011.
                      The next day i receive a call from R.E and Mr. kailash Shiwale tells me that he would not be able to make delivery on 10 Oct 2011 and it would be made sometime by the end of november.

                      My question to Royal Enfield is :

                      1. Is it not possible for them to give an exact date to the customer or is it that their ERP/CRM system is not sound enough to perform its job.

                      2. Is this what the CEO. of R.E motors Mr. Venki Padmanabhan calls as quality customer service or is this what the divisional G.M (sales) Mr. Shaji Koshy calls efficient supply chain.

                      3. Who is responsible for the interest over those Rs. 10882 + Rs. 876 + Rs. 10318 that have been blocked by royal enfield when they cannot even give answers to simple questions of a customer.

                      The matter here is not about money, its about the frustating service and irrseponsible behaviour of that staff of R.E and wheather it would be taken care of...

                      i am aravinth and i am from salem.i booked my royal enfield thunderbird in pondicherry showroom on 11-jun-2011 and the showroom people promised me to deliver the bike within 5 months.today i received a call from RE showroom and told me that they wont deliver the bike on 11-nov-2011(delivery period 5 months). now they told me that bike will be delivered after 3 or 4 months that too not sure...

                      if they cant able to deliver in time why RE showroom accepting bookings????

                          we are completely un-satisfied with the company product and services done(IBLUR,sarjapura main road.bangalore)

                          these are problems faced daily.if this is the problem .none will buy royal enfield bikes.

                          Hello sir,
                          I had booked my RE classic 350 in May from the royal enfield branch in Navrangpura, ahmedabad, gujarat. They had took full payment from me in cash on 24th October to allot the bike on the next day(i.e. 25th Oct.). They confirmed me the allotment and I asked him to give delivery its delivery on 1st November. They agreed to it and assured me that my bike is allotted and I will get the bike on the prescribed date.

                          But now when I called them, the RE dealer named Sandeep Trivedi had sold my bike to another customer and was lying to me that the bike is already in the warehouse outside city limits and I ll get it in 3-4 days. Then, when pressured more, he revealed the truth blaming me that I didnot take the delivery.

                          Sir, I have been a fan of royal enfield but this type of treatment has demotivated me of being the RE member. I want to ensure that a strong action is taken on the dealer so that he doesn't do such mishap again. Furthurmore, he has been telling me in the informal conversations that he used to allot the bikes to his known and friends first. Please give me a reason why I should not file a suit on RE in the court.

                            I have purchased ROYAL ENFIELD model is THUNDERBIRD and Engine number is U3S5COBK093286 and frame number is ME3U3S5COBK093286.
                            I was purchased this model from your sub dealer Mr.KAMAL MOTORS KALYAN - WEST. From the day of delivery I am getting a tappet setting problem in my bike which i was informed Mr.Kamal Motors at the time of delivery. Then we went to S R MOTORS in Ulhasnagar. That time they told me we will solve the problem at the time of first servicing but that time they doesn't solved that. And now my bike is in S R MOTORS in Ulhasnagar. I have paid 1lacks 30 thousand for my new brand bike and now within 20 days it is in garage. I want replacement of bike or else I want my bike tomorrow in good condition. Please look into the matter and give me positive feedback of my written complaint tomorrow early morning. Even I have registered my complaint in consumer court. Even SONIYA ROYAL ENFIELD'S office staff has not spoke to me in proper way and dealer code is 4394([protected]).

                              Hello Friends,

                              I had booked a Royal Enfield Classic 500CC from Bangalore on the 21st December 2010. I was working then and was trying to get into a MBA college too..Luckily I did get through ITM Navi Mumbai and had to shift to Mumbai for two years. I contacted the nearest Royal Enfield Showroom which is in Nerul-Navi Mumbai and requested them to transfer the bookin from Bangalore to Mumbai which they readily agreed. I had to make a fresh booking in Mumbai and was told that they will contact the Bangalore showroom and get it transferred. I did get a call from them and they told me to come and make the complete payment after which 10 days later i would get the Delivery of the vehicle. Now I did the fresh booking on 24 August 2011 and was asked to make the payment on 14th September 2011. Which I did happily. I had requested the showroom guys to intimate me as soon as the vehicle arrives. On the 19th September I went to the Showroom with one of my friends to submit the pending documents. I saw a band new Green color RE classic and out of Curosity asked wether it was Mine and they told it was not and that the other customer had made the Payment before me...When i inquired about my vehicle they smiled and said that it is in TRANSIT and it will come soon. I asked another employee who was cheking on the stock. He informed me that there was no place in the showroom and hence they will ask for the new lot only if the Bike is taken by the customer. I requested him too to contact me as soon as the lot comes. I recieved a call and was asked to come on 3rd October to take the bike. I went to the showroom all grinnig and when arrived the guy told me that the passing was not done and requested me to come the next day. I said that I will take the bike and the next day will go to Panvel with one of the Showroom guys to get the RTO done. He was not ready but then he showed me the Vehicle. When I saw the vehicle...I was devasted...the vehicle was in Pathetic condition..there was a Scratch on the tank..which he said was normal and said he will change it....the front rim was rusted,even the metal under the seat was rusted and needless to say that the nut above the air filter was rusted too..his brilliant idea was...Solution laga ke nikal denge sir!!! The main Chrome plated Nut of the handle had the missing patches of chrome...the Left side mirror was scratched badly...and to my surprise the date on the vehicle was 16 August 2011..when I asked why a demo piece was given to me..he said that the company had a Policy that the vehicles are given out on rotational basis and till this bike goes no other green can come in. He also said that there was a policy which requires them to keep a Green bike in the showroom at any point and this leads to the bike being there for 1 to 2 months. I asked him as to why I was not told about the Bikes whereabouts?? Why was I lied saying my bike was in Transit when the bike was in the showroom before even me booking the bike??? the Answer rather blunt was..Sir mein apko hamara har Internal baat nahi bata sakta! He also said that till this bikes go they do not order for any new bikes (Green Color). I asked him what about the bike that I had seen on the 19 September which was just out of a truck..He jus denied saying that there was no bike which was delivered and that I musve mistaken with the color. After much pusuation he agreed and gave me some Jargon of bookin and bills. I told that i had already spent almost 10 months in waiting and I shudve been given preference while allocating the bikes. Why was there a Favourism done??? He could not answer and he called his boss in Bandra.I had a long conversation with him and he said that all he can do is get the parts changed and that the registration was already done in my name (Without even informing me) and that they cannot give me another piece. I had a long argument with them with no effect. All the manager said that he was Sorry and appologised to me. Now please tell me if it is wrong on the part of the customer to expect a Brand new Bike with no scratches and rust on it??? This bike has always been a dream bike for me.. I had checked this bike six years ago in UK. To my delight it was launched in India, but Iam not at all satisfied...I hope people understand that when they buying a RE its a Lifetime relationship which they carry..and I admit that there is a Emotional side to my story..But Ihave made the complete payment in cash when I was asked..and done everything a customer can..the least he can expect is a good condition bike. This experience has just opened my eyes and I can feel the shivers when I think about the servicing of the vehicle. Iam hoping to get a new peice or just my money back. I fail to see any other option in front of me. Please can you please look into this matter. Its a humble request from a die hard RE fan.

                                Purchased a new Classic 500 Royal En Field Motor Cycle from Royal En Field's No. ! Dealer from Pune. Could be Good In Booking's, Sale's but sure without any doubt extremely poor in services. Dhone Automobiles & Royal En Field delivered me a faulty Motor Cycle. I could not use as has been in un operational condition since last over 2 moths. I have lost my patience reminding the dealer & the manufacturer but still is not in working condition as one or the other problems happened. Either battery is not charging or ignition swith is faulty & spare parts un available.
                                Kindly help to ge my refund with compensation & a letter of apology.

                                  I have purchased one Royal Enfield Thunderbird Twinspark Motor Cycle on 13th Dec 2010 from Royal Enfield, Nerul, Navi-Mumbai (Dealer Code: 100088), With following details:

                                  Reg. No. :MH-43-AG-3404
                                  Color : Black

                                  From 15th Aug 2011, there was a continuous sound coming from my Motor Cycle's engine whenever i took a ride, hence i reported this to Royal Enfield Service Center, Mahim, Mumbai On 23rd AUG 2011. The In-charge of Royal Enfield Service Center Mahim, Mumbai, suggested me to take my Motor Cycle to Royal Enfield Service Center, Nerul, Navi-Mumbai. On 24th AUG 2011, I submitted my Motor Cycle at Royal Enfield Service Center, Nerul, Navi-Mumbai. The service center staff just kept my Motor Cycle for analysis, and they called me later regarding some problem in the Engine of my Motor Cycle, and told me that "as my bike is in One Yr. warranty period so whatever the parts going faulty, will be replaced by Royal Enfield Ltd. but only after getting approval from Royal Enfield Engineer."
                                  After two days, the service center person informed me about some major fault (Crank of my motor-cycle got faulty).And assured me that as soon as the Engineer of Royal Enfield Ltd. approved the faulty parts they will handover my motor-cycle to me after repairing.

                                  Due to irresponsible attitude of the Royal Enfield LTD., i got my Motor Cycle on 08 Sept 2011. And they have given me an Invoice No. 02166,of Amount Rs. 2882. I was surprised with the Invoice Amount, Because as my Motor Cycle is still in warranty period and whatever engine parts replaced, was only due to fault in my bike's engine.

                                  Invoice No. 02166, of Amount Rs. 2882 consist 13 items which include various GASKIT parts, some piston parts, bond tube and Engine oil.

                                  The Royal Enfield Service Center person was imposingly trying to convince me that whatever parts replaced in the above mentioned Invoice was not covered in warranty. Hence unwillingly i paid that amount.

                                  I just want to say, whatever problem occurred ,it was totally due t0 some major fault of Product of Royal Enfield, and product is still in warranty period hence Royal Enfield Ltd. should bear the burden of whatever the small engine parts replaced, even for the engine oil also. Because if there wasn't any problem then the amount Rs. 2882 was not beard by me. And as my motor-cycle's 4th free service is still due on Royal Enfield Ltd., so i'll replace my motor-cycle's engine oil only during my free service time. Any major engine failure in-between caused replacement of engine oil well before the required free-service period.

                                  So, Royal Enfield should bear the burden of sudden engine oil change as well as the other small parts replaced, because if i have not faced such problem then there was no need to replace such engine parts.



                                  Consequences:

                                  I faced a lot of day-to-day commuting problem due to unavailability of my motor-cycle, And after submitting the motor-cycle at Royal Enfield Service center, I get it back on 8th Sept 2011, hence total 16 days period, I used other commuting medium like Auto-Riksha, Taxi etc. As my office is vary far from my residential place.I had suffered a lot.
                                  Even I made more then 50 phone calls, to get updates about my motor-cycle. And I made more then 10 calls to Channai office to get my work done and also used email to get in touch with Royal Enfield.
                                  So I suffered a lot of money expenditure (approx. Rs. 400/- a day), and Phone & Email Expenditure About Rs. 150/-.



                                  What relief do you want :

                                  I want the Repairing Invoice Amount Paid Rs.2882/- and along with this Rs. 6000/- as day-to-day Travelling charge(Rs.400/- per day basis for 15days ),And Phone & Email Expenditure Rs.150/- So Total Amount Claimed Rs. 9032/-.

                                  i am gurdeep singh, purchased a royal enfield standard model . in 3 months its kick dog broken . i ll take to chowdary agence bhopal . they replace the dog but they repaired by opening the whole engine . after repairing it, the sound is not coming out properly . also oil was coming out from the engine pannel . its speed meter is going 100 km/h while it is stand still . it hub is also create so much noise . gear is not working properly . main thing it miss alot . i am fed up from this bike . so please help me out .

                                      I am having problems starting my bike using the kick and self .Many times a sound like metal hitting something in the engine can be heard while starting.I got my bike checked for the third time at Aman auto Gurgaon but the bike is still giving starting issue.
                                      I have complaining about the same since the 2nd service but mechanics are not able to diagnose the same.Recently I had my last ( 4th ) service done at aman auto .Now the mechanic has found out that the sound is of the slipping clutch.
                                      Now the bike is out of service and it has been diagnosed with the above mentioned issue.
                                      I have written for the same to dhanna lal ( Regional manager RE ) and customer care but there has been no response.
                                      Please let me know who should bear this.
