I purchased Royal Enfield bullet from East India Agro(Dealer, Kolkata). Within 3 months the silencer started giving issues and I reported the same to dealer but the replacement was delayed over and over again and then I finally made a complaint to the customer care of Royal Enfield. After that I was assured that the silencer would be replaced but it was not done so.

I had deposited LS order for Thunderbird on 27 Jan 2011 at JAYCEE motors, Amritsar. The bike has not come to the showroom as yet. This is very unfair as already 55 days have paased and still no definite dates from the dealer. the dealer has confirmed availability before i made the payment. I ve been approaching the supply chain of the comapny and customer service as well but to no avail....
