[Resolved] Royal Enfield — Delay in delivery of Electra | |||
Hi. I have booked an Electra on 30 December 2010 and was assured that it will be delivered by February 2011. But yesterday when I have approached the showroom to know the status of the bike they were unable to give me a proper response. They did not know where the bike is or when it will be delivered. Me and my 3 other friends have booked 4 Royal Enfield bikes - 2 Electra and 2 CLassic 500 respectively and we expect a confirm date of delivery atleast. The Sales at Bandra (w), Mumbai dealer is very poor as they do not respond to the customers requirement or they are unable to help the customer know the date of delivery of the motorcycle.
