I have Hospital cash policy of above company certificate No.CSE[protected] Policy No.HCSBIL0012. I have submsitted my claim before 25 days. I was told that your money will be received within 21 days. Even I have am facing the same problem, I have submitted softcopy of discharge card and all medical reports to Royal Sundaram at customer.[protected]@royalsundaram.in following hardcopies through courier, later received a response that i will get reversal in 10 working days. When I again send them email asking the status of claim after 15 working days, they are now telling that more 7-10 working days.
Dont know how much more time they will take to settle the claim.
