[Resolved]  Royal Sundaram General Insurance — Issue in claiming insurance for complete damage - claim# pm01043972

I have taken first party insurance for my car no: hr26dx833 from royal sundaram through united insurance. On 19th september when i reached dhankot police station, gurgaon from my hometown jind, a truck taking wrong over take hitted car scratching and denting left side rear door and pushed my car forward because my left side fender sticked with truck .in this scenario my car was pushed (Creating a scratch and dent in rear door) to right side divider as road was not so spacious and there was a big broken road creating a chuckhole there and in this my car right side tail light broken. There are multiple scratched and dent. But company surveyor says these are old one and this is not a justified story and given approval of only fender and bumper only based on story. Neither they have visited the location where this incident happen. I have asked him to visit also but he didn't have time to visit. I don't know how a story justified even if you have not see the incident scene.

Instead it require approval of right side tail light and left side rear door etc. Also.
I am questioning them if the company can't provide complete damage claim then it must not show incurred claim ratio 90%. I need approval of claim for all of following damaged in accident:
1} fender/ bumper : they provide approval for them
2) right side tail light - need approval
3) left side rear door - need approval
4) right side running board - need approval
5) bumper rear - nedd approval
I request you please have a look this and direct the company to provide claim for these.
