Royal Sundaram — rejection of claim with out reason | |
My claim was rejected by royal sundaram with out giving satisfactory answer only saying why you have admited in your own hospital. If i have the facility to take treatment from my hospital why should i go to another my policy in on the same add of my hospital why they isued me on my hospital add if they want me to go to another hospital. my claim and my policy both are closed. My husband who got Health Insurance from Royal sundaram met an road accident and expired about 3 months back
I had heart attack when my husband met with that accident.
Iw as admitted by muy relatives and had bypass surgery.
Royal sundaram now refuse to give full money and ready to give 15000 only at the rate of Rs 1500 per day for 10 days.
They say the policy we have is Hospital cash Insurance.
We have been cheated by that Cheater
