[Resolved] RPO Chandigarh — PCC Delayed by RPO Chandigarh | |
Hi, I have applied for PCC (Police Clearance Certificate) at RPO Chandigarh on 06 November, 2009. I have deposited the Original Passport with Copy of residence proof and fee amount Rs 300. **The best thing is that I was already having PCC issue from SSP, Bathinda , Punjab (No 578/PCC Issued Date 29/09/2009 SSP Bathinda). This came after all the verifications from local police office, Court and finally I was present in front of SSP to issue it. However, while applying for PCC at RPO, the person didn't accepted this PCC, he said verification will be done again. He gave me receipt (File Number CHDR[protected] and told me that police verification is needed. I can expect inquiry around 13-14 Nov. Its already more than two weeks now, I didn't receive any inquiry. The funny thing is the given number[protected]on receipt) remain either busy or no one answer. I have attached the PCC from SSP at well. I want PCC on urgent basis as Australian High Commission demanding it. Need kind and urgent help on this matter. I kaul singh had applied for passport on dated -12-2006 my file no.z/2248/06 till date i have not receive my passport I was asked to submit my credentials again attesting by due authority with his phone no. And i had submitted the required documents 4 months ago despite no response from your office MY NAME IS KARMJIT KAUR . I HAD APPLIED FOR PASSPORT AT MOGA BY THE DATE 26 FEB 2007.MY FILE NO: IS CHDZ 18051407.
ABOUT POLICE VERIFICATION I HAD ASKED FROM S.S.P OFFICE MOGA .THEY HAD TOLD ME CHANDIGARH RPO OFFICE HAD RECIEVED THIS FILE WITH VERIFICATION BY THE DATE 9TH MAY
2007. PLEASE TELL ME THE REASON FOR DELAY IN DISPATCH OF

rpo chd — passport not recieved from 1year & 9months
my name karmjit kaur i had applied my passport 26feb 2007 at moga office. but i have not recieved my passport .i had asked from s.s.p office moga for police verification they told me they had allready sent this file and police verification 9th may 2007.plz tell me what is the matter with my passport or related documents. i am waitng for your favourable reply.

I applied my passport 2 years ago but i still haven't received it. My police enquiry was also complete. Then, I again reported your Regional Passport Office and on their request, I submiited a fee of 500 Rs again on[protected] with File No. CHD Z57183008.But still there is no response.
PLease look into the matter .

rpo chd — delay of passport
This is regarding passport delay concern. Myself Asha Rani. I have applied for indian passport in 2006 in chandigarh regional office, But have not received passport till date (06/06/08). My File Reference no is Z 065419. Police enquiry has been also done On last month may 27 I deposited a affidavit as per your department requirement.When i enquired through internet The comments are showing that the file reference number is not valid.
could not understand this message. Plz Help me to provide my passport as soon as possible. am just frustrated because of this delay.
