Respected Sir/ Madam I had applied for re-issue passport before one month but i didnot recived my Passport or not any information about my passport.All formalities are completed before one month. Respected sir,
I applied my passport 2 years ago but i still haven't received it. My police enquiry was also complete. Then, I again reported your Regional Passport Office and on their request, I submiited a fee of 500 Rs again on[protected] with File No. CHD Z57183008.But still there is no response.
PLease look into the matter .
