[Resolved]  RPOWER — Non-receipt of Shares and Refund order in the IPO of Reliance Power Limited.

Dear Sir,

I have applied in the IPO of Reliance Power Limited for 225 shares vide Application Form No. 52314287 by enclosing a cheque No. 700458 dated 16.1.2008 of Punjab National Bank, Brahampuri Branch, Jaipur of a sum of Rs. 25875/-. I am sorry to inform you that I have neither received any shares nor the refund order so far in spite of amount withdrawn from my bank account. I also submit here that the applicants who applied for 225 shares have been allotted 15-17 shares each. Following details are mentioned for your kind perusal and doing the needful in the matter at the earliest:

Besides above details/information, I would also like to inform you that the cheque lodged with my application form has been cleared from my bank account on 24.01.2008.
I am extreamly sorry to inform you that period of more than two months has already been elapsed and I have still not received the refund in spite of talking various authorities of Karvy at Hyderabad and Jaipur, which is harrasement with an investor. While talking with Mr. Ravi at Hyderabad, he advised to send a letter on Karvy's Hyderabad Officer along with all enclosures as mentioned above. In this connection, I have already made correspondence with Karvys Jaipur office alongwith all enclosures on 26.02.08. Recently on contacting Mr. Vinod in your Jaipur office on 25.03.08, he informed that my application is missing.
So kindly look into the matter and arrange to refund the amount along with upto date interest without any further delay, otherwise I have no option except to take the shelter of the consumer court with cost.
