[Resolved]  Rto — COMPLAINT AGAINST RTO OFFICER

Sir We had a big harresment of Traffic officers. This guys accuse us on nonsense grounds & at the end they take bribe & leave it. If we ask them RTO rules then every new officer explain their own new rules. Sir Please help us in stopping this time waisting system b-coz even I relate to media.

Even a person doesn't know driving can also avail a driving license in Chennai kolathur RTO Paying 5K Concern persons wont look at this .

Gujarat RTO: TAKING BRIBE (5000 RS) FOR GIVING LICENCE OR THEY will fail you in driving test by changing your car position or timer. Guys on the field denied to pass and asked for 5000 rs bribe for passing me for driving licence. He sent an agent last time and this time a person I know from RTO informed.

Same problems everywhere in RTO offices.
On arrival of VAHAN and SARATHI sites we hoped something will change but corruption prevailed everywhere.No matter, How smartly have you completed your document, the BABUS at RTO office will proove to be smarter in harassing you and in result you will be pleased to Bribe them and that too with request.
I went to Noida RTO for Hypothecation removal from RC .
I went there with My RC, Form 35, No dues cert, PUC cert, Insurance and fee receipt generated online at VAHAN.There they asked for vehicle no. on no dues (which was already written), then Babu sent us to bring official file of my vehicle.
When we went to the concerned Babu he shouted 'how dare you come here.This is lunch time.'(He was right but his way of talking was not appreciable.Then I waited till Lunch is over.
Again I reached the Babu he said the time of record review is 10a.m -1p.m.And babu at window was changed. He asked us to come another day with AADHAR Card and Registry envelope.
AADHAR requirement was no where mentioned.
Registry envelope vendor selling it for 70/-(a simple envelope with 41/-stamp).
Problem is -
1.they can check documents and tell about timings and other documents deficit on first consultation which could have saved my time.
2.On tollfree no I asked about documents required and the same I brought there.
3.Vendors there selling a simple envelope with 41/-stamp for 70/-.
4.I submitted my termination of Hypothecation online where receipt generated with 0 fee.But on tollfree no a madam told me the fee is 1500/-(while broker there asking[protected]/-)why this difference?????
By seeing the scenario I assumed that nothing will change the BABUS and corrupt techniques in india till-
-Govt. and transport dept first declare all the fees and document required for a purpose clearly.
-Its better to get the documents submitted online too to keep us away from Babus and there harassment.
-Periodic transfer of Babus should be done.
Otherwise substitute-TRUTH PREVAILS with CORRUPTION PREVAILS.

Everyone working in DTO office at Diphu Karbi Anglong is Chor & kamina. When I went for asking how to make a vehicle fitness certificate they tell me (nejay koribi nay Ami korim). I said I will do my self then he replied pura mahot banabo noaribe. I said ok let me try Na. But I saw that all the officers including staff all asking from bribe only to do the said work. I think that government should soon give us a online facility so we will able to give the genuine fee and able to track status of the application with a minimum fees with only goes to government not to this corrupted officers.

I have no words to explain parivahan sewa and sarthi website both are RTO services . This is not the first time I am registering a complain. Your server is the worst in India.We are always having problem while payment and verify pay status. I am running a CSC I provide all type of online services to citizens.But while providing any services of driving licences i afraid to do any payment. Always showing ( payment pending or contact rto,
application no-[protected]. When i am verifying pay status its showing access denied.
Please resolve this issue.

why dont you work on your server.do you thing for 50 rupees i will spend 4 to 5 days.it costs us time.delay in processing of citizens document.

One example one of my relative in Memari, Dist- Purba Bardhaman wanted to issue Driving Licence ( ( Two wheeler) from Kalna A.R.T.O. But later in the learner test one of the officer asked her the permanent address. And in this way no questions were asked and she was rejected. But when she asked why have I rejected? The answer was either you have to pay extra money or you have been failed. When she asked for how much money the answer was it was Rs. 500 only for other block. The Government of India issue licence India Union Government Licence. So, in this regard I apply licence in any other R.T.O. Why Kalna A.R.T.O failed my relative and could not do work without money

My name is Rupesh Chandel Son of Shri Ramesh Singh, I am a resident of Village and Post Khandar Tehsil Jalalabad Shahjahanpur, I have been traveling for many days at Regional Transport Office Shahjahanpur, my father is a roadways conductor who does public service, my Dad's conductor license expiry deadline is 27 March 2020, due to my father not getting discharged on the roadways, I have made many rounds to his son Rupesh Chandel regional transport office Shahjahanpur for conductor license feeding but never got work. I met an officer there, on 17 December 2020, he wrote an application to me and put a photo copy and application of the license, I asked him to receive the application but he insulted me, he asked me what your father does, he Where is my bad father, tell me you are a conductor boy, talk in the same position, I have tears in my eyes, I feel very insulted, I want to ask the government that I can go around so much Did I do it wrong by seeking receivers, or did I do it wrong when a conductor was born here? I used to think that the practice of lowliness is over, but when I met that officer, he made me cry while standing, then he understood that his status is more valuable than a human being. I want to know from the government why the common man has to cry every time? I am also an recommended person from the Intelligence Bureau.
