Sir, I have given my Driving test for Four Wheeler at Andheri RTO on 02-feb-2012 & passed the test. And it was informed by RTO Agent that License will come directly through postal service within 7 days. It has been 4 months now but I am not able to track my License, even the agent is refusing to answer since there is no tracking system for license. Earlier RTO agents use to ensure proper delivery of License since it was hand delivered to them. But now neither agents are taking responsibility nor our RTO authority have any information centre regarding the same. People are suffering & struggling. Request your help. I Mr. peter Xavier had given my Driving license for change in address at andheri RTO on 22-march-2012 with all the proper attached copies (NOC from Wadala RTO, orginal license, residense proof) The RTO dept. at andheri informed me it will delivered through postal service within 30 days. It has been 70 days now but I am not able to track my License, Since there is no tracking system for license.

I had appeared for driving test on 27th April 2012, no. DL MH[protected]. As per Wadala RTO records they had dispatched my license on 7th May 2012. An officer, as per his records, claims that it was delivered to my residence on 10th May 2012.The reference no. for post office delivery returns no details on the consignment! Finally, I have not received the License. Moreover, strangely, few days back when I tried to track it through my agent, he said it was returned undelivered to the RTO.
I fail to understand where has my license vanished. Pls help me to track the same.

I had applied for change of address on my driving licence at Andheri RTO and hence given for renewal through a motor training school agent, "Shraddha Motors training School", Borivali West. My Inward number is 23689 14 dated 20th Jan 2014. I was told that I will be receiving my licence post change in address within 45 days and till then I can drive on this receipt that I have been given by the Motor Training school guys. Its been almost 6 months now since I had submitted my licence for change of address, but I am yet to receive the licence. My agent, the training school is simply ignoring any of my requests and always keeps on giving reasons like, elections, RTO working on permits, etc. I simply do not know How do I take care of this issue. Driving licence is a very important document, but I am feeling helpless and don't know whome to approach. Hi, My name is Anish Shah. I had applied for a renewal of license on 17/04/2014 and was been told that you will receive the license in 15 days. It has been more then 100 days and i have no idea where the license is. Today in the morning at 10.30 i went to RTO in tardeo on counter no 174 for enquiry where the working timing ate written 10.30 to 2.30 but very sorry to say that till 11.00 am no one was at work. when asked the reason the staff says officers are on election duty and office might open late by 12.00 pm and still not sure. its a real pitty we leave in a state which is very soon been compared to shanghai and our administration is so unorganized and also people stand in queue just with hopes.
