Dear Sir,
I have given my Driving test for Four Wheeler at Panvel RTO on 2-November-2014 & passed the test. And it was informed by RTO Agent that License will come directly through postal service within 2 months. It has been 7 months now but I am not able to track my License, even the agent is giving me false hopes since there is no tracking system for license.
I kindly request you to please look into the matter as there is no driving license tracking system.

Earlier RTO agents use to ensure proper delivery of License since it was
hand delivered to them. But now neither agents are taking
responsibility nor our RTO authority have any information centre
regarding the same. People are suffering & struggling.

I had applied for change of address on my driving licence at Virar RTO and hence given for renewal through a agent dated 6th July 2015 I was told that I will be receiving my licence post change in address within 45 days . Its been almost 6 months now since I had submitted my licence for change of address, but I am yet to receive the licence. My agent, is simply ignoring any of my requests and always keeps on giving reasons, . I simply do not know How do I take care of this issue. Driving licence is a very important document, but I am feeling helpless and don't know whome to approach. I Mr. Irfan Kha had given my Driving license for Renew at
Tardeo RTO on[protected] with all the proper attached copies (orginal license, residense proof) The RTO dept. at
Tardeo informed me it will delivered through postal service within 30
days. It has been 60 days now but I am not able to track my License & not received till date
Since there is no tracking system for license.
