1 speed post parcel has been despatched from ghaziabad on[protected]:00PM to agra but it has not been delivered at agra till[protected]:30PM.
I was assured it will reach by 30-06-10.

Pan card not receive the till date and Postman and couriers Agency man are not delivered the any Pan Card article to the any client in this area.
I have applied the pan card & Ack. No. & Pan Card are [protected] / ELIPS6645L, after some time I have not received the Pan Card to till date after this I checked the status in Pan Card on net and status is show below.
“Your PAN card was returned undelivered to NSDL. The reason for non-delivery as specified by the courier agency is 'Consignee was not available'. The same has been re-dispatched on 16-Nov-2012 by Registered/Speed Post** vide airway bill no. RM[protected]IN, at the address for communication* indicated by you in the application.”
Please provide the reason & sent the my Pan Card in my address immediately an din this regard pl. taken the necessary action against the Courier agency/ Delivered man also.

From gurunanak school stand auto driver not ready to go till 5th passanger to board in his auto if we ask him to go after 3 passanger he refuse & ask us to get down...becouse him we have missed our regular trains..Mh05 BG 5187

I have renew my old two wheeler license on date 24/2/2012 at Andheri west RTO office ( Mumbai ) as per rules of RTO And also complete photo Identification procedure. I have personally go & enquired to RTO Andheri office three time regarding license not received, but every time related officer given faulty promise to me that receive with in seven days. But till today I have not received my license. Receipt no. 0885914

Speed Post — speed post contents stolen

I had been sent a parcel from pune through speed post no. SPEM[protected]IN on 7/7/2009 . The weight of the parcel at the time of booking is 262gms. But i received the parcel on 14/7/2009 where I found that its weight is not more than 40 gms and allthe items had been stolen from it. It contained a key chain and a gents purse worth Rs 500. I immidiately informed the concerened post office i.e. HAL post office Balanagar, Hyderabad.
The head postmaster was totally unconcerned and told me to give a complaint. when i asked for a paper to write complaint he rudely asked me to buy a paper and write. This is the kind of service Indian Post provide. Its really shame that we have such kind of people .
Now I request you to please advice me for further action possible.

I strongly agree with the complaint. I have a similar experience to quote. Some items are stolen from a speedpost letter sent from New Delhi to my address. Again 2 speed post letters sent to my address were opened en route and later repaired and sent to me.

The speed post service of India post can never be relied.

I have sent a speed post from Palghat (Kerala) HPO to Abu Dhabi addressed to Mr. Saood M Al Hameli, HRR Officer, Zakhum Development Company, Post Box 46808, Abu Dhabi, UAE on 9.02.2009. On Today (19.02.2009) when I made an Enquiry with the Addressee, Came to know that he could not receive the said mail till date. As those are very important document connected with my medical check up formalities, further proceddings are held up.

Not getting smart card

I also have the same problem with the Alipore RTO as the money is deposited 3 months back but still I have not received the smart card. I checked with the "vahan.nic.in" site and confirmed that the ownership is changed to my address but I didn't received the plastic card. On asking Mark Vision, the car dealer they told me that the smart card will be couriered to us directly by the RTO. SO I am crossing my fingers to receive the card. My car number is WB-20U-4321

RTO — Auto Meters in pune

I took an auto from rickshaw stand in kothrud For my office at Senapati Bapad Rd. The meter was tampered and generally when I travel to office from home via rickshaw its 6/- on meter which is like 50/- but this time it was 8.7 which is close to 71/-. Although the rate of petroldiesel has reduced but these buggers have not reduced the rickshar fare which were increased to accomodate the rise in price of fuel and on top of it tampering the meter. The auto # is MH12 R 4266. I will be lodging a complain against the guy soon.

Auto Rickshaws in Pune — Charged more than double the actual amount

Hi Sir/Madam,

Last Thursday i.e. April 30, 2009, I had been to the Pune railway station to pick my sister and their children. While I was waiting for them I enquired for Auto from Railway Station to Treasure Society in Pimple Gurav. The autorickshawala said he would come by meter. I was surpised since last month, hardly any rickshawala was ready to come by meter reading. So, we board the rickshaw at Railway station and proceed to our society. We expected that the bill would be 150 rupees maximum since generally it is 135 rupees by rick and we pay some return or luggage charges.

However this fellow demanded 350 rupees saying that the rates have been revised last week. It is 10 rupee per km and he showed us a rate book with Government Stamp.

The autorickshaw number is MH12 4814. I do not recall the two alphabets in it. We argueed with him but then he got wild and got down violently. since we three were females with 2 kids, we silently paid him the amount and closed the matter.

But, we have experienced that they rickshawala over charge customers upto 1159 rupees. Since the new comer is unaware of the rates and distances, they are majorly deceived by these autorickshawla's.

on 3 rd of augest i park my splender in front of a shop in karve nagar the traffic control vehicle comes and take my bike after a long conversation the traffic police man who is so unethical said me give 1000 rs otherwise you will not get your bike back at last i gave him 800 rs i just whant to ask if these kind of things are going than how we can say that we are in a position to lead the world like america.from that incidence i am totally depressed by the pune rto even i had the noc with me.
i had no problem to pay a right fine to the government.

As all they have monopoly.All will say same rates.

Pune autowalas are thiefs or rather Is should say BEGGARS on motozied vehicle who keep asking for extra money .I agree to what is mentioned above they keep asking for more money . I autowala MH12 QA 5619 asked me Rs 100 extra when meter reading was Rs 70 .

Almost 80% meters of Rickshaws are tampered on Pune roads. We need to have some kind of solution for this. Why should we pay though our nose in the form of increased tariff as well as tampered meters???

I also face one such kind of incident. I want to launch compliant for that, but don't know how to do? The incident happens with me is that the Autowalas set meter by default to 5.0 when I ask him why this is so he replayed that this is rule of RTO because rate or auto get increase & we don’t have new rate card. So we by default start meter by reading 5. This incident happens with me on Shivaji Nagar at morning 6:00 am.

How much this is true?

This is very much true as often they charge extra and I think very few meters are correct.. I see different fares for the same route under same trafic conditions. Very recently one rickshaw MH12 DG 5080 (please take action against this ricksahw wala) meter was highly tampered and the meter was running too fast. I cost me 40 rupees extra as per the meter reading even I got down a few km ahead the spot which I was suppose to get down at as I could not tolerate the meter as it was running very fast. I gave the money to the chor number one but told him his meter is not correct . He played a drama as if he falls down from the sky and dont know anything. This is really annoying . I request that the concerned authority should take immediate action against such rickshaw walas.

I agree to all above comments. Pune autowalas are horrible in their behavior & also the way they speak to customers. Now-a-days they have started new way, they ask for Rs.20 extra on meter charges for any place & specially from bus stops when you are arriving from outstation journey.And if you look at kothrud Big bazar, after 7:30 u won't get any autowala. And if you try to stop an empty rickshaw, they themselves reply that you wont get autos from here to anywhere. If this is the case then why the hell they are on roads.
Is there really anyone to correct these people... I am living from las 2 1/2 years here...but never seen any changes in autowala behaviour atleast in the places of my regular visit.
If there is request you to give me the no. where I can call for these types of complaints.

Autorickshaw non availability — not available auto rickshaws

Sir there is non -availability of the rickshaws in Andheri east and west .Even some are empty they refuse to take to required destination .
many times i have waited one hour for rickshaws

This is a complaint against the auto-rickshaw number MH 12 1478. We were waiting for a rickshaw at Indrayani Corner while this rickshaw came from Landewadi and was going to Mini Market Indrayani Nagar (Bhosari). Two passenger were already be sited and driver asked us to sit also. I and my husband told him that we need to go on other route the way he was going. He said no issues I will drop at home. Suddenly he took the wrong route and when I told him to go straight he turned back and we just avoided an accident. He started abusing me and my husband and left us on the road itself. The ideal fare from Landewadi to Indrayani Nagar it Rs. 7 per person but this person snatched Rs 20 from us threatened us to kill. Can someone please take action against this person?

Complaint against AutoRickshaw No. MH-12 AQ 4661 (Vishrantwadi - Khadki Market). The guy who was driving the Three seater, he fitted 5+1 members in his auto.
The driver was so much abusing the ladies sitting in the auto...staring from the mirror which he had on left side and in center.
Finnaly the time came to pay the money, he was touching the lady so aggressively as if he has never seen any lady.
Please consult where to comlplaint for such horny auto drivers...

I am not originally from Pune. But the situation of the public transport in the City is simply horrible.
I understand its difficult for the Govt. buses to ensure proper coverage, so thats the reason why the load should be equally distributed across all modes of transport.
Rickshaw-wallas are simply impossible

-> First thing, they do not charge by meter!! Why should we bargain when the Govt. has made rules for Road transport? Everyone is aware about this issue, but just act ignorant.
-> Secondly, the rates they demand are simply unacceptable.
-> Thirdly, the rates are demanded depending on TIME, its a rule to charge the customer more, only after 12 in midnight, but here, the rates start increasing after 8 in evening.

It should be ensured that all rickshaw-stands are monitored by cops, and that in EVERY CORNER OF THE CITY, METER READING IS FOLLOWED.

This is my first and last complaint- hope its addressed!

Today morning when I was boarding my company bus at Chandani chowk, I have seen one of the auto owner (MH 12 – RA 7273) is harassing one of family/passenger who looks like an labor. He has charged Rs. 110/- saying reason he travel from Shivaji Nagar to Chandani chowk.

I believe family/passenger who looks like an labor, his whole day income must not be more than Rs. 110/-

That passenger want to go to Mumbai and auto owner ask him to travel to Chandani chowk from Shivaji Nagar.

This is not really good seen, Please can we do something for this?

This is absolutely right. Today morning I took a auto from Sangamwadi to Pimple Saudagar. Even after fixing him by saying that I will pay only by meter at start, he charged me 160 for 13.5 of meter reading which is almost 40 bucks more then asked price. This is the usual scenario every time you take an auto. They don't carry a proper fare chart, always asks for 1.5 time (they call it + half return) and start fighting if we give valid arguments.
This is most common problem in Aundh and Pimple Saudagar area.

Authorities should do something about it. I heard Pune RTO started such activity a year back but that was limited to very few areas and last only a week or two. There should be surprise checks every now and then and they should target all the area including Pimpari Chinchawad.

Commuting in Auto is a nightmare at Pune. They are extremely lousy and the most arrogant and ill-behaved. In places like Baner, they do not ply on meter, stating this is not part of city.
I need to travel from Bund Garden road to Baner every evening for returning from work. 9 out of 10 rickshaw walas cut a sorry face, and give reasons like no petrol, meter has a problem alternatively if you pay half return or additional Rs 30, they are ok.
Why is there no mechanism to control the havoc ? How do we know that the grievances are really read through by RTO.

i agree most of the autowalas are robbers. i came acroos one yesterday.

RTO in Lonavala is very bad if you are going to lonavala with your family in your private vehicles then you have to face this RTO with lot of money for giving them, they are charging for anything and saying that do whatever you want . my humble request to you please stop this, all public are harassed because of them and they are misuses there power and loss the faith o[censored]s with government . I have trvell lonavala yesterdaay i have faced this RTO and traffic police 4 times in different places and i payed 800 rs for them please stop all this

The Auto Rickshaws at Sangamwadi Luxury bus stop are not ready to use tariff card and demands more even double amount and also refuses to go to particular areas .

Auto Rickshaws in Pune — extra charges asked for

The auto rickshaws in Pune are not regulated at all. They ask for whatever fare they want. Normally they will ask for extra charges, over and above the rate cards. Off late the rates have also gone up and there is absolutley no reason for any extra charges.

To be honest there is nor forum to complaint about auot rickshaws and they is no strict action taken against these people. There no helpline no. nor any other provision to register compliant against them.

It time now that some one voices our concerns to RTO or transport authorities for some strict action against them.

Autorickshaw — thief rickshaw driver

i would like to bring light to the pathetic state our city is going to, living here peaceful has been non existent. i boarded a rickshaw from lokhandwala (opposite infinity mall) towards juhu, had a stop in between to get something. meanwhile my backturned , the rickshaw driver ran away with my cell phone and another bag. this shows the evil intent of the errant driver he did not take his money either, firstly they tamper the meter and now run away with mobile phones and other belongings. when will the public ever feel safe? or rather remotely safe? is there nothing we can do about this? i lost my phone,pictures, priceless work data and i can never get it back.
this is the disgusting state we live in .

i also agree with this. the autowalas in pimple saudagar area charge 30 bucks from shivhar chauk to the societies like kunal ikon, roseland etc., which through meter would be just 12 bucks..moreover they have fixed rates for all places . some real examples:-
for pune station:-250 bucks
aundh:-150 bucks
E square:-150 bucks

which is almost the double than the meter prices(untampered ones)
something should be done regarding this..its high time!!!

I am student studied at sinhgad college vadgaon. I was going to home on date 6 march 2016, so i come from ambegaon phata to katraj on Rickshaw every time when i travel then only 10 rupay take evry Rickshaw but he totally take from me 60 rupay and the distance is only 5 km and the meter is shown 45 rupay when i seat. But i think only 10 rupay take everyone so i am not asking him . And when i said him then he shout on me and fear so i can't do anything. Please sir help me i am belong from poor family. I have purchase new two wheeler on the occasion of Dashera from dealer. But still even after submitting proper document i haven't received SMART CARD till date. Request to look into this issue.

this issue is becoming more noisy now.
similar case happened to me going to office from bumkar chowk to hinjewadi phase1 when ask for ride driver charge 150bucks or sometime more than this.

i appeal to authorised people that necesary action should d be taken and compulsory meter should be ask to use.

this is happening more frequent and very arrogant behaviour of driver when it is ask to ue meter especially in pune city.

comutting during night is more hell for ladies in pune.
no proper traffic rules are follwed.

i again urge whowever authorised person reads this kindly dont turn out to deaf ears or blind eye.

I am working in BHEL, Ramachandrapuram and my residance at Vasavi colony, Kothapet. Daily I am travelling by Two wheeler up and down 80 KM daily.At 5.15 AM I start from my home. In coming out station Private buses and in coming out station RTC buses driving is very rash and they stop in the middle of the road as they like.
Mainly at Chaitnyapuri, Dilshuk Nagar at junction, Lakadikapool in fron t of police commitionarate. Other problem is private tippers and lorries with sand, fly ash, stone crush powder and bricks paking just on the roads and lorries carrying big boulders without cover passing on the roads in front of Asifnagar police station and many junctions in city by bribing police and RTO. I have seen in the southern states they cover the lorries with torpoline
Private buses and RTC buses may be stopped after bus stages where ample of place is available.

On enquiring and tracking my post .It seems they they have delieverd to some one near by people 0n 16/9/2010 and went away . How can they do this , without making sure the parcel will reach the person . It may contain valuable thing the person is waiting for . On going in person to Speed post office multiple time (10 times ) , their is no response , all they try to do is chase us away with no information . What are we suppose to do now, waste our money , time and effort is it. We work hard through the weekdays and get our time off on weekends and yet they make us toil in these days too . Hello my name is sohail Kittur individual I went to take driving license two plus four weel I passed llr test even I did slot book for driving test I paid all challan fee even went near one lady officer to take sign then that lady officer said move to ground near rayapur for test I went to spot then one shud is their that man will taken entry detail about all documents and which vehicle all vehicles original documents that man is really ### he is taking bribe from agent but unfortunately I came direct even that Dayvi was having four weeler car I not taken bike for that reason that guy and rto sir they refuce me to take test drive and told me to come tomorrow. Yes it was my fault that I'm not having my own tow weeler so I request that rto if I come tomorrow again I have to book slot sir rto told me no no need to book slot you just take sign of that lady officer then come tomorrow so I agreed and went next day I taken sign of that lady officer then went to rayapur for test drive again same I give all documents for entry both bike and car he did entry again I went near rto officer but today is bad day that officer was change I don't know why this officer even he not checked my file and told you have to book slot take date and come why sir I came direct so only this happen if I consult to agent no one is asking question nothing even not checking driving skill all pass depend on how much money you are giving to rto officer and that entry man plz take action sir again I booked slot date is given on December sir see wast of time because I miss going direct to remove my license o help me or take action against that entry man or rto

I m being cheated by the Agent name Lulla in Ulhasnagar. He is agent in KALYAN RTO OFFICE
They had took momey 500 for four wheeler license learning I had specifically told i need the license for the Personal Use purpose . But these Agent had made for TRANSPORT. And the time when i went for the appointment for trial . They asked to give 2500 . Means overall they are charging 3000 rs for license. But they used to cheat and then again they asked for 500rs for making new learning license. I request to look into these matter . Take a strict action against the agent he used to known as boss of all agents in Kalyan RTO MH05

I went to the Pune RTO office to get NOC for my vehicle. An agent stopped me and took all the documents from me and said will arrange NOC for you. He then charged 1500 RS then later again he charged 1500 RS but so far he did nothing. I really i don't know where to complain about him?
