[Resolved]  Samsung — Warranty card not provided

Hi,
I have purchased your Samsung dvd player on 17th november
From JP Electronics (Mira rd east).
I have not received the warranty card with it
Both Jp electronics and your cust care are not helpful

Please provide me with a warranty card

Hello there
l am a samsung customer from Samsun city of Turkei, my complain is about you service here in Samsun city.l bought a camera samsung VP-D353 PAL with A60t6VKL258 serial number in may 2006 .a month ago lt s screen disappeared and l took it to service they asked me guarantee paper l brought it then they asked the bill but we have no bill because in 2006 we gave it to the goverment they know this but stil asked that bill, they shouted us why didnt you keep it, why didt you take a copy of this ...But l am not alone so many people in same trouble, please help us
what can we do ?
please tell this service there is only a week left to finish guarantee .

from Corner Mobile Shopee, Vishrantwadi, Pune-411015
The Amount taken by for Mobile is more than M.R.P.given.
2) Also after purchasing they are not inform about when and where to
submitt Warranty Card.
so, it is as per Rule of Samsang ? and it is llegal ?
