Two months back i had lodged a complaint with the Samsung toll free number.They sent a local technician at Nagpur.He gathered that the PCB of the fully automatic model was the trouble and needed to be changed.The same was ordered by the Nagpur Samsung branch.After that their was no response from them for over 15 days.After a number of repeated complaints at the call center, the technician got a PCB, which he said had been brought from Delhi.On fixing this PCB, the machine didnt work, He checked the PCB on some similar model and concluded that the new PCB was a defective piece.A new one would have to be called for, after 10 days they located one at Guwahati Samsung Unit.That PCB is yet to arrive.Then finally i was told by Mr Zakhir, some mgr that it would not be possible to mend the machine, so in short he told me that in just 5 years I HAD TO THROW MY SAMSUNG MACHINE OUT OF THE HOUSE!This is unbelievable, such a renowned company acting so helpless.I have other Samsung Gadgets at home, but now Iam having serious doubts about their Quality and more than that their life!Just because the model has been dropped doesnt mean i chuck it out of my house.The technician had once mentioned about making special PCB at the company, but his seniors deny any such effort possible from their end.
Kindly hewlp me out with this ordeal..i cannot afford a washing machine every 5 years...atleast not a SAMSUNG!

The PCB board of my Samsung washing m/c - W 80 HAG got damaged by water - lying in the front side . kindly confirm how much price for the new board and warranty.
Can the PCB board of Samsung fully automatic washing machine model no WA75N6 is available in the market?? My machines PCB failed & I want to buy a new PCB for my washing machine.. kindly help me..

    I, m the most repenting owner of Samsung Refrigirator, model- SR-32EMB. Ihave requested for its
    repair on 4Nov08, vide complaint No. [protected],
    however after 4 days, i got a SMS saying "Address Not LOcated" which is nothing but a gimmick by Samsung Service, their service reps most currupt and inefficient lot .I am repenting after having bought a Samsung product which is without after sales service.
    Can u put accross my views to concerned Samsung authority.

    Problem is software dead, so that service centre people said that we will replace new motherboard with in 10 days (given date 16/9/10) still I am not received my mobile. if I supposed to ask them, they will not give an proper response. Every time they said that it will take 2 weeks time.

    Please take necessary action regarding my complaint. In future I never purchase Samsung brand equipments.

      Our Co. had given me samsung voucher, which can only redeemed through samsung office.

      I had given voucher and balance amount of Chq Rs.990/- on dated 17.10.08 in samsung office to concern person mention in voucher. He told me you will receive camera within 2 to 3 days.
      My chq was also cleared from my a/c. But I have not received my camera yet. I had talked on helpline, service centre and many person in samsung chirag, subhashish, hiren. But I have not received any response or not received product

        Hi Neeraj,
        Please refer my case # [protected] and below email trail. My refrigerator is not working since from last 2 months, I am following up with customer support regularly, I remember few names to whom I spoke recently Mr Ashok, Miss Richa……., they guaranteed me that I will receive a call in 2 hrs from senior person & also a engineer will visit by EOD. Unfortunate part is neither I receive any call back nor engineer visit in last few days.

        I am really unhappy about the service I get from SAMSUNG and the customer support personnel’s response on my case. Can you please help me on this?

        This is to bring to your kind notice that I have witnessed a very bad Service about my Refrigerator from SAMSUNG support.

        I have purchased SAMSUNG double door refrigerator in August 2007 from SUMARIA, Vashi (Apprx cost Rs 15000/-). The refrigerator stopped working from Sept 2008, and I am registering my complaints and following up with your customer support team, COLORTRAK service center & SUMARIA from last three week to get my refrigerator in working condition, but till today no luck. I feel that either the peoples are not capable to find problems & rectify it or the product it’s self is not capable of functioning after 1 year, as it stopped working after exactly one year and your staf[censored]nable to provide service.

        Here is case history, on 9th Sept-08 COLORTRACK person had repaired it and he charged Rs 900/- for some part, I paid it because we were without refrigerator for 1 week. After repair refrigerator worked hardly for two days and it stopped working again. On registering complaint, another person came on 17-Sept-08 to repair it and he said, “it was not repaired properly first time and because of that some other part damaged and we have to pay approx Rs 500/-“, again we paid because we were suffering from 2 weeks and thinking it will resolve issue permanently. But unfortunately again it stopped working after exact one day and again I had logged call on 19-Sept-08. So if I am charged Rs 1000 or Rs 500 for every visit, I think I will end-up in paying Refrigerator prize very soon. It is really pathetic experience and service I am receiving from SAMSUNG, which is really unacceptable. I receive response from customer support executive from last 8 days that they have escalated this case and support manager will call me in next 2 hrs, but no calls from service manager.

        Please advice whether I should throw out that product or do you have some capable staff to repair your product.

        I am waiting for favorable response this time. Thanks in advance.

        P.S: I do not have make model of refrigerator at this time, when I am writing this letter

        Samsung India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        The Door is not Closing Properly.and inthe freezer there is damage .

        this is our major complaint.plz rectify as soon as possible.ia m waiting for u r reply.

        Samsung Refrigerator — Freezer door spare part not yet serviced by Company' Service network.

        Completely agree, i am also a victim of the unprofessional service which is not expected of a Multinational Brand.Just imagine how can one be without a Fridge after paying so much of maoney on repairs, your technicians should not take service charge if it is the same problem .It seems a money making excercise for repaining a part every two months- Regards vibhuti

        Samsung Refrigerator — Poor Service Support

        I had registered a request to provide services for my 315 litre double door refrigerator purchased in July 2005 on 26/5/09. The engineer visited on the same day and informed that the compressor would need to be replaced. Its been more than 48 hours since then and the service centre has not been able to find a Samsung compressor in whole of NCR.

        To add to our woes, we have been quoted expenditure of Rs.1200/- for gas filling. The compressor being under warranty is to be replaced free of cost. If the gas is being refilled due to the fault with the compressor, it should not be chargeable.

        Samsung Refrigerator — Defective product delivered

        I had purchased a Samsung Refrigerator 315ltrs. through Vijaya Sales on April 06, 2009. Within 2 weeks we noticed that the door was defected and the white foam like substance that air-locks was coming off. The service engineer confirmed it was a manufacturing defect and we will be getting a replacement in 4 days. We have been calling customer care every week and this matter is still not attended too. At our last call we were told that since the Door wasnt in stock, they would be replacing the fridge itself which hasnt been done either. I am totally fed up and frustrated with the lack of services. Worst is all the electronics in my household are of Samsung brand and I am truly scared of any of it getting spoiled, seeing their service standards.

        hi

        i bought a new samsung 230ltr fridge ,stopped working on the second day,on dussshera,which is having 8 yr warranty.

        I has purchased a Samsung E2120 Mobile on 22nd September, 2009 and after using it for around 15 days the Bluetooth and Camera were found to be defective. Thereafter I approached the retailer who in turn showed me the way to a service centre located at Paltan Bazar area, Guwahati Assam. I visited the Service Centre on 10th October 2009 and the mobile was kept in observation for three days and returned back to me.
        Thereafter again on using the phone I found that the Phone does not support any music file. Again I visited the Centre on 15th Oct, 09 and as on date the mobile is at the service centre.

        I am working in a organisation were I have no time to visit the Service centre and with utmost diffultiy I visit the centre in those days.
        As such I would request you that the mobile handset be taken back and my money be refunded after deduction if any.
        If you are unable to return back the money then you can keep the set with you and I shall proceed further for a decision in the Consumer Court.
        My refrigerator is no working and wants help from your authorized service center in Guwahati.

        Samsung/Refrigerator — non delivery of Item

        I have booked a refrigerator RT35YBUX with Samsung Plaza,Ahmedabad on 11th Oct 2009. They promised to deliver it in 7 days. But till now ie after a month I have not recievd it. Now when i contact them evrytime they say it will take another week. They r ready to give the money back but not with interest. and moreover when i booked the refrgerator it was on consessional rate now i won't get it in the market in same price. what shall i do now???

        I had bought new samsung refrigerator of model no.21WBPS for rs.10,000/- on 29th nov.2009.i had launched complaint to samsung dealer,as there was problem in fridge
        such that while closing door of fridge noisy annoying sound comes..i told by the sansung dealer their engineer will come,look forward to your complaint and will take a neccessary action.since now the more than week is passed,engineer had come thrice but every time he made a temporary repair assuring that problem has been solved after 1 or 2 days we faced same problem again. we demanded to change the fridge door but they are not listening . what should i do? someone help me please...

        I had purchased a Samsung Refrigerator on 27/12/2009 from SPAR Hypermarket bannergatta Road ( Bill no 14600)and they were supposed to deliver the same next day .. For my surprise after two days they are calling and intimating it will take another weeks time as they have run short of product ...         I had purchase the above Samsung Washing Machine from Vijay Sales, Borivali (West), Mumbai on 24th January 2010. After 24days from the date of purchase, now its not working.

        Samsung Refrigerator — Closing the file without any service

        On the next day of delivery[protected]only, we have found that the lower base of refrigerator is not assembled to the main frame above.
        We had then lodged a complaint to Vijay sales, Prabhadevi and the Samsung customer care at following many dates:
        1. 09-02-10
        2. 21-02-10
        3. 24-02-10
        4. 09-03-10
        5. 01-04-10

        Apart from the above dates, we have also approached the Vijay sales in personal. Each time we have been told that they have closed the file as the customer request is fulfilled. It was too shocking that when our request has been full-filed and we, the customer is not aware of the same.

        Samsung personnel has visited us twice, where he seen the problem, but never given any receipt of the visit.

        It is very shameful to suffer from the two big names in the markets, one Samsung and the other is Vijay sales!!

        Fortunately we have proof of this purposefully delayed service by Samsung and Vijay sales, which we feel should be given to Media.

        Despite repeated calls (more than a dozen), mails and personal followup from last 5 days (from 11th April and today is 16th April) none of the service representative has turned up to service my samsung make refrigerator which is still under warrantee.         I had purchased a Samsung Refrigerator. After about two years it stopped working, I was told that the Heater Coil had to be replaced. They charged about Rs.1800[ for the same. After about another two years I again had a problem and was once again told that the Heater Coil had to be replaced. On both occasions the part was not available and was only replaced after about 10 days. Considering that this part seems to give trouble often it is surprising that the same is not readily available. Moreover when I got the the part replaced it seems to be perfectly O.K. and hence this seems to be only an excuse for charging customers without any reason.

        Under such circumstrances, it is very difficult to rely upon such a prominent company.
        It is therefore requested to get lifted refrigerator from my house. Because you have lost the credibilty of the company because the company which can not install a fridge in 13 days what service it will provide to the consumers.
        If, the fridge is not installed by tomorrow, I will be compelled to take the help of the consumers' court.

        Samsung Refrigerator — Worst service for all Samsung products

        I have been unfortunate to buy 2 samsung products. This is the worst company that I have ever seen.

        The washing machine broke off in 1 year 3 months ( the lint filter came out ) . What is surprising is that they made me wait for that part for a month and then said, they dont have that part anymore !!!!!!!!! and when I go to the shop even today they are selling the same product.. so continuing to cheat consumers. I had a nightmare and managed to get a refund after depriciation ( Why should I pay a depriciation for no fault of mine?? ) for the product after 3 months.

        The second product that i have in a 2 door refrigirator. 2 years and the refrigirator stops working. I called up the service center and they sent out the tech who does not understand any language other than telugu ( So if you buy a samsung product in Andra, please ensure you know telugu because they are worst than the road side vendors but claim to be a multinational ) . I was told the fan is bad and have to wait for a week ( again because there is no part availability ) after a week, the tech comes with the fan and says, " oh it looks like the fan is working , it must be the timer unit ". Now again they dont have a part and I have to wait.

        Why are companies allowed to see products when they dont have spares and cannot provide service.. Its better to buy unbranded chinese products so that you pay less cost that what this stupid company charges for peices of Crap.

        I have 4 LG products and found its MUCH MUCH better than Samsung.

        Never buy a Samsung product. At the same time , I am looking for my problem to be fixed or my money refunded.

            My self Venkata Durgarao.Pemmadi, i have a savings account in Axis Bank, Mehandi Patnam Ring Road branch, Hyderabad. I had deposited a salary cheque(Name printed on cheque: Venkatta Pemmadi) in Axis bank Indirapuram branch, Noida on 071008. While Depositing they didn't object the name difference on the cheque. After 7 days i went to bank for enquiry as no customer service is picking the calls. Then they told my cheque is courier to my home branch i.e hyderabad branch. But the cheque is not delivered to branch on time. It is misplaced in the Courier some where. But the bank people didn't response to any of my calls.So personally i got all the courier details from the branch and i got directed the courier guy to take that cheque to right direction. And later i requested the my home branch to send the cheque to my communication address. But they didn't followed that, again they send the cheque to indirapuram branch. But they didn't given any confirmation mail that both the names are correct to indirapuram branch. After i called my home branch so many times and i requested them to send confirmation mail after submitting the all the requirements what bank asked me, today they given confirmation mail. Now again the indiarapuram branch is asking all the documents submitted in my home branch after got confirmation mail from my home branch. For clearing one cheque being a reputed branch they are taking more than 30 days. Still they are clearing that cheque.

            I called somany times to indirapuram branch and my local branch and customer care. Nobody is giving right response. So many times i went to Indirapuram branch by taking permission from office and i got deffiency in my attendance also.

            Please take right action on this two branches. Please give me justice.

              I am using Samsung mobile for the last 3 years... I have some suggestions to you guys..
              1. Do something for good battery backups which is not that good in Samsung mobiles...
              2. Change some other method charger slot.. which is a big opening and many times water goes even inside.. In my case, sweat went inside and the whole mother board gone.. may be you can make a small hole opening for charger slot...

                i maj v a gokhale IC57701P an officer in the indian army had booked the abovesaid product on 24 oct 08. details of payment:-DD NO 280318 dated 24/10/08, payable at SBI Jaipur.
                inspite of repeated assurances given by the dealer ABHINANDAN ELECTRONICS, Jaipur, the delivery has not happened till date. this shows the lousy state of affairs in handling customers, n speaks volume of the inefficiency of the company.
                An appropriate action be taken against the defaulters. please acknowledge.

                    I bought a Samsung LCD LA40A550P1 in sep 2008. After 2 months it broke down. After calling customer care a service engineer visited my place and diagnosed the problem. Software PCB circuit board was not working. Next day Service Center told me that the part is not available and it will be replaced in a week. I requested for a standby TV for the mean time but they simply refused. Now I doubt that they will stick to the one week timeline and customer should get a stand by if the repair takes a long time.

                    Samsung Customer care is not repsonsive at all and I am unable to reach any Senior Department to file my complaint. If anyone was able to get a standby, please let me know.

                      my samsung handset was not working properly that is why i gave the handset to your service centre add-ELECTRO SERVICE CENTRE, B-26, Moti Nagar, Delhi-15, on 10-09-08. But no action has been taken yet about my problem whenever i ask to them they always treating me in unwell behaviour, now i become very much unsatisfaid to your company`s service. i am facing lots of problem due to unavailablality of my phone.                       samsung cdma — frequent disconnection

                      I recently bought a Samsung cdma mob SCH-F679 from K.K. Communications, Varanasi. The problem is that within a short while of talking the line gets disconnected. This is proving to be very inconvenient and i would request you to take some action against this. My phone is within the gaurantee period and i would like to change the handset.

                          On 1st Novemeber, 2008 Samsung Demo Person came and show the machine he said that the machine is default and we will replace the new piece to you.

                          Till date no one had call neither they send the machine.

                          Sorry to say that you are sunch a big and renowed company and is this the way you treat your customers ...

                          Now I have decided to return that machine to Samsung Company and Go For LG...

                            My name is Abhinav Singh and i mam a resident of lucknow. 4 days ago i bought a new samsung mobile (samsung beat270) from 'MPORT' shop located in FUN mall in gomti nagar. i have found that the mic of the mobile is not functioning properly. i have bought it on 29th oct 2008.
                            when i went to the shop from where i purchased the mobile they said to go to the samsung sevice center.
                            As i have purchased it few days back, if a go to samsung sevice center then what is the use of a new mobile.
                            kindly show me the right path that what should i do. I got a feeling that i have been cheatedand i m feeling very depressive as i have received a defective peice.

                            I totally agree with Mr Abhinav. The hands free mic never worked since day one. When I took to service center, the person refused to replace it and replaced the entire board inside. It worked well for two months and now the same problem has re surfaced. So its not a problem with one piece but the entire beat series is like that. Very bad customer service.

                              I have purchased a SAMSUNG LCD 22A450, which was wall mounted by Samsung Engineer, but we were facing problems viewing it. Hence I registered another complaint for re-installation on 31-Oct-2008 09:30am. I have called atleast 8 to 9 times on Samsung customer care number[protected], since yesterday, and I was ensured everytime, that the Enginner will call me in 1 to 2 hours / the complaint has been assigned / the Engineer is on route to my house. I fail to understand why should it take 24 hours to reach my place in Mumbai.
                              I also registered a complaint on the Samsung Website with similar remarks. I received a call today, and he ensured the same. There is no call or no Engineer till now. I am sitting home waiting for this Engineer who is still on route. There is no where in Samsung where I can escalate this issue to (some Area manager, Service manager as other brands have). I have 3 Samsung TVs, but seeing the pathetic service, I would never adivice anyone to buy a Samsung product.

                                I called the customer service for problem in my AC and they sent an engineer named SATISH to my home and he also did the service but the AC which had a small before the service started giving big problems and now it is completly not working.The engineer disconnected the swing and had replaced the condenser with a duplicate one.He also charged us Rs.1000 on that day for the condenser and the excelent service he gave us.

                                WHAT IS THE SOLUTION FOR THIS NOW...

                                I am very sorry to say that the service provided by you is poor.

                                Two days before(21-April-2008) i lodged a complaint regarding my window AC. And i got the compliant no - [protected]. Your customer care executive told me that they will be sending an engineer that day itself, before that somebody will be calling me to confirm the call details. Whole Monday i expected call, nobody turned up. Yesterday(22-April-2008) morning again i called, got same reply. In the evening again i called up, got same reply that we are very sorry... etc. At around 7.30 in the evening i got a SMS saying that your query has been resolved. I really dont know that with out sending an engineer that how the problem get resolved. Today morning again i called your customer care centre, again givig same reply. I am totally fed up up with your service.

                                So I request you to take your product back and kindly refund the Amount

                                    I had purchased a Samsung TV( model no: CS21A730) from Gopalan mall Mysore road Bangalore on 26th Oct 2008.
                                    Till date it's not been delivered. Is this the way FUTURE GROUP works!!!

                                    I tried reaching[protected] but nobody is bothered to pick up the phone.
                                    I also tried reaching [protected] But there are help less. They gave me contact number of Mr. Mosses who is the Dept Manager.
                                    When I tried to reach on his mobile [protected] it's in power down mode.
                                    Also I mailed [protected]@ezoneindia.com but no response.

                                    I don't know how EZONE do there Business. It will be very difficult for ezone(future group) to grow, if you continue doing like this with customers.
                                    Finally you may need to shut EZONE and Go home.

                                    I have decided not to shop with EZONE in future and also share this with my friends and releatives circle.

                                      On 18th October 2008 evening suddenly display of TV disappear.
                                      On 19th October 2008 I informed to dealer about this problem.
                                      On 21th October 2008 I informed to Samsung about this problem on phone, they gave me complaint no.- B.P.No.-[protected]
                                      On 21th October 2008 samsung service engineer came & told a part (main board) of TV need to replace, that is not available now, whenever it will come from Delhi, i will replace it.
                                      After 21th October 2008 I contacted several times to Samsung costomer care but all in vain & I am still suffering. Whole fesival holidays gone waste and we cound't enjoy my new TV and whole family suffered a lot.Any one can imagine my position among the members of the family, extended family and relatives.

                                        he took Rs1500 from me and yet the TV's speakers r not functioning properly and the option to mute is no more there. kindly look into the matter and i hope u will take necessary steps against such fraudsters who on ur behalf r extracting money from innoncent people. i m hoping to listen from u.

                                        I had bought a 21” new colour television of your brand on 03.10.2008 at M/S Sathya Agencies (P) Ltd showroom, porur with model no. 21S8MEEX. The television was operated and worked just for ten days only, after that it was not working and becomes fully dead position, suddenly it stopped producing any video or audio output and showing no indication of power supply and view of pictures. I logged a complaint through your toll free no.[protected] (customer care) on 22.10.2008 as cited in the above ref.2 regarding this above problem and asked them to send a service engineer for attending the technical defects and rectify it. My call has been registered with BP No. [protected]. After a long period ( i.e after ten days) a Samsung company service engineer came on 05.11.2008 and rectified the defects till then the television was kept in idle.

                                        The television was worked for the next one week only after the service of Samsung company service engineer and it attains the same condition. Once again another complaint to customer care was logged on 17.11.2008 and reported the problems occurred in the television. But no body has come to take action on that complaint.

                                        I really regret on my decision to go for your brand leaving many other good brand who offer a convincing service. Neither your product nor your services are satisfactory.

                                        I am not satisfied on your product since it does not fulfill entire good quality of product having lot of technical defects in the colour television. I really feel that I have wasted my money in buying this television. I wish to return this product. I will be grateful if you take this television back and refund the money.

                                        If you are really concerned about your customer satisfaction provide me contact number whom should I speak to and also inform me where I should return this product. An immediate attention required.

                                        Am really stunned to experience such an insensitive response of high degree from the world No.1 Electronics Manufacturing Company like Samsung. I not only purchased a Television but three more consumer goods an Airconditioner, a refrigerator and a washing machine on 5th of Nov'2009.I paid the required amount out of purchase in Cash at Samsung Plaza Hazratganj Lucknow, this is imperative and important to mention that the goods were purchased to gift my sister on her wedding.Since the purchase the first service visit was not all done for any of the goods in fact in turn I had to call several times and so the same got closed parallelly we started experiencing some green colors appearing on the screen problem after 4-5 days of purchase, several times we had to call up call centre, samsung plaza, get into the operational issues theTV was repaired but the problem kept persisting despite several repairs.Finally the Sr.Eng visit was conducted and it was evident that the replacement has to be done now if Samsung does not have the model for replacement then why should I be compelled to upgrade and pay an extra amount of Rs.500 for the same . Is this the customers pain area or concern ? What if customer is not willing to pay due to some reasonable reason ? Is this my fault that I purchased all required goods of Samsung Only' trusting the Brand and its good image ??
                                        It is almost 40 Days that I am following consistently from one end with Samsung Plaza people Mr.Jafri, J K Wahal, Nitin Wahal and above all Service People of Samsung Mr.Dheeraj and the Branch Head Rajiv Mittal very arrogant and insensitive on the customer front They all were ready to replace after a long follow up rather upgrade the model and charge Rs.500 for which am not ready as mentioned above despite my re-itteration no body bothered to arrange for the same model and try n put into efforts .

                                        This is really heartening and now am ready to fight by tooth and nail and if no positive response is received within next three working days on replacement of my TV same model free of cost I would move to media and Consumer Forum .

                                        Samsung — Video is not working in TV

                                        I had bought the Samsung TV 4 years ago.Now Video is not working. I had lodged the complaint with Electronic dealer and very next day Technician visited the house to check the problem in it.He said there is IC foult and now a days Company is not manufacturing such ICs and so, he suggested he will buy IC from open market.After a week, Technician was not turned out to repair the said complaint. One fine day I got a Call from the nearest Samsung office saying that our Technician found foult in your TV and you have to buy a new board which costs Rs.4000.I was surprised because IC need to be replaced For that , i had to go for buying a new Board.Evenafter, contacting the Customer service Executive I got the same reply.Finally he sent again technician to my house with new IC ( he was saying - I dont knw) . But Technician could not repair with the new IC also and taken back the new IC saying that is also not working.Moral of the drama is : I should either buy new board or i have to buy the new TV. See the type of aftersale service of SAMSUNG Electronics !!!
