With reference to above captioned subject, I would like to inform you that I have purchased a new brand mobile model 3600 SAMSUNG GSM Bla6699 Handset just before the ONE month ONLY from your store. Surprised, in the period of one month only there is coming some problem like network problem, automatically switched off etc. in instrument. I hereby request you kindly replace the instrument, because I don’t want to repair and I don’t accept if such type of problem coming after the ONE month ONLY.

Kindly consider my above request and do the needful.

    I would like to bring to your kind notice that i have a service issue with the customer service deptt as well as your service centre deptt...I had logged a complaint at your customer service on 07/09/08 regarding the ineffective cooling of A/C. Your engineer vsited my place on 08/09/08 and there was one day delay to collect the A/C to service centre for repairing and it was collected on 10/09/08 with a commitment that the problem would be rectified in a day and will return the A/C on 11/09/08. Now we are continously following up with your customer service deptt for the status of the A/C but no one is able to respond us on the status.Every time i am giving a call, we are receiving the same response from customer care that we will be receiving the call from service centre on the status but again there is no response.
    I had a word with Mr. Ganesh at your customer service today at 1.00 P.M and he confirmed that my query would be resolved in two hours but i did not receive any call till 3.00 P.M, again i called up at your customer service at 3.15 and had a word with Harpreet and conveyed the same message. Again i called up at 5.00 P.M and had a word with debnath but again same response.I am not able to understand whether this the commitment level of such a reputed company
    I am looking forward for an immediate response from your side...

      I bought new samsung I450 on 22 August 08.On 10th of september suddenly mobile stoped answring any call means i kept on pressing answering butten and could'nt ans the call than i switched off the phone thinking that will help but after starting the phone its asked for password of 4 digit i entered than it started asking another password which i never fed..i gave the same password but it got blocked and i gave it to same shop from where i purchased this mobile but they were not able to switch on the phone then they sent it to your head office and said it will take 7 days to get it repaired.Your user book dosn't have any information about security locks and even phone doesn't have information or help option for every function.I am really upset it has suffred my work and spoiled my lots of time and mood too.
      I paid Rs.13540/- for the same and its not even a 1 month.

        I, R K Sigh serving in indian army and at present out of country on deputation. My son Ankit Bhadauria who had purchased a SANSUNG mobile J 150 from JAIN MOBILE SHOP morar Gwalior (MP). The date of purchase is 23 Nov 08 at the cost of 4700/-. After two month the speaker of that cell phone started giving problem. when my son comtected to the concerning shop heinstead of taking initiative in this matter matter, sent my son to sevice center. Service center which was not authorised change new plate with old one. and said to my son that you would have to pay Rs 2700/- if you want to get it done. So my son came back. This is matter of open cheating. my wife contacted many concerned peaple but to no avail. The phone NO of my son was than [protected]. The service center add is as under - SAI KRIPA MOBILE REPAIRNG CENTER JINCI NALA NO 1 Gwalior (MP) Now you are requested to take immediate action in this connection . I do hope you will take action.         I had already complain about speaker problem of samsung E 2130 model. but your service center in Ichalkaranji city is not provide sufficient service with this matter. I also complain to your customer care service, but they also not provided service & not taking any action..

            purchased tv.sl.no.09173pAQ401381B.Model:CZ21K55SN. ON 21-06-08.FROM 22-08-08 onwards sound & picture come for halfan hour &then picture will be lost& only sound comes. made a complaint to samsung. complint no.[protected]. they picked T.V up for servicing on 04-09-08. from then they r not giving correct responce at what time they may deliver T.V. I'm making cal everyday to samsung care. everyday they tell servicing is completed & T.V will be delivered "tomorrow". Till now I didn't get my TV back.               Myself, Satyapal Maurya, I've submitted my computer's 80 GB Hrad Disk(sr.no.: 1372J2FL702076, which was dead), at Samsung Service Center, Varanasi (Work order no.: WIH0707) on 7th Aug. 2008. At the time of submission they told me to give me a HDD within 15 days, but now 35 days have passed but they haven't given HDD back. whenever I enquire, I am told that my HDD hasn't come and whenever it will come, they would inform me.For 35 days I haven't been using my computer due to HDD problem and as I'm MCA student, and now my examinations are running and only I know how I'm facing my exam without my PC. I told them but they aren't understanding my problem. Even yesterday I called to Lucknow center, they asked me to receive my HDD on 15 Sep. 2008 but I'm not sure that they will give me because when on 8th Sep. 2008 I called, i was told that they were sending all the requirements submitted till 10 Aug. 2008, and I could receive my HDD on 9th Sep. 2008 but I couldn't. Now what should I do? Please help me.

                  I HAVE A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH SAMSUNG MOBILE SERVICE CENTER Chandigarh Sector 22, India, I came to chandigarh from Himachal for mobile body change, which it 200 km for Chandigarh I had mobile model SGH-X820,

                  WORK ORDER NO [protected] whose body was damaged and went for body change they took the mobile on 25/08/08 and told me to come on 26/8/2008 i went next day they told me to come on 1st on Sep 2008 i went to them on 1st they told me to come on Monday i again went to Monday even then the parts were not available i got frustated becsues i was not getting service in time they do not care time and even not aWare of the stocks, admin is so week one of them is saying the body is availble one is not available, no body wants to take the responsibilites . Finaly on 10th they gave me my mobile back without body changed execuse was that if we change the body mobile can get damage. Spending so much time i got this solution, This stroy was not with me there were many other poeple who had the same story and frustrated kindly take action against it, .Mr Tarun.Mr Rahul, Mr Raman were the incharge of the service center.
                  I got the solution for nothing after 2 weeks same thing those people can update me on the first day when I handed over the mobile to them for body change.

                  I face a problem with the cover it is peal so i went to the AXIOM telecom(an authorized distributer) with the warranty card the company refuses to fix the phone for me saying that this issue is out of the warranty .
                  i am telling you that this is a manufacturer defecincy not a user one so kindly help me dealing with this complelely nonfair AXIOM

                  I have purchased as samsung metal finish mobile before four months in coimbatore., before a month had display problem approched samsung showroom, but they are not having full details about service centre, they simply mentioned area name where the service centre and closed the issue,

                  still now iam unable to find service centre, please do me favour by advising full address of service provider, avoid negligence towards purchased customers.
                  Samsung is a irresponsible and worthless company. They do not care for any customer support. I am suffering the same problem with my TV. Please avoid using their products as far as possible as they do not respect your hard earned money.

They took the mobile on 14/11/08 and told me to come after 10 days because it must be repaired at chennai. I went next week and they told me that my mobile had come without solving the problem and hence it was sent back again to chennai.I went to them on 24/12/08 and they told me that my mobile was repaired and it will reach at nagercoil next day.They also told me that they will inform me as soon as it reach nagercoil from chennai.But there was no information from them till today 3/01/09. Two months passed away since they recieve my mobile.Today 03/01/09 they are saying that my mobile was sent to bangalore for repair work.
                  This was a BAD EXPERIENCE for me from a company like SAMSUNG.

                  First of all, Wat is the problem with your Body of handset, Why it was not being changed, wat they people told you regarding this, Logging Complaints will not solve your problem.
                  SAMSUNG is the third class company, which acn only thinks one sided.

                  MEANS

                  Only sale, , there servicepartis the even worst then that of CHINIESE companies.
                  I am also one of the sufferer of SAMSUNG .

                  Samsung Mobile Model SGH-U600 — Mobile not repaired since 24.10.2009

                  I handed over the Mobile SGH-U600 at the Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Ltd., CC-28, Nehru Enclave, Kalkaji, Delhi on 24.10.2009 vide work order no. [protected]. The fault with in the mobile set was regarding the battery backup and the bluetooth was also not working properly. The person concern issue the receipt for the same and committed that the problem will be solt within 8-10 days. since November 4, 2009 onward I have been in touched with the Customer Care Centre but no responce received till date. I have been calling atleast 25 times in a day but in win. every time the person attending the complain assure that it will be done by the evening but in the evening the result comes out in the form of the contact number of some other person in the company. I have received the number of area manager Ms. Kusum ([protected]), customer care manager Mr. Nishant Gambhir ([protected]). the intraction even with the managers could not help me to get my mobile set back after being repaired.                   I am also facing the same problem with the service center located at Chandigarh 22. I have a handset Model no SCH-5233A, which is given for servicing as its touch pad is not working, Work order no WA[protected], Sl No RW1S802014T. I ahve given the handset on 1st July and they are supposed to return it by 3rd July, But now they are saying some parts are yet to come to shop and it will take another 3-4 days. Now they are not picking up the call also, the nos are [protected]/87. This is really very harrassing. Kindly take immediate action against this before some more persons are trapped!!!
                  I have also given the mobile for repair due to display problem. The sec22 chandigarh center told that they will check the mobile. After checking they returned the mobile which was not having any display and then they said that they will take one week time to repair it at an estimated cost of Rs 2400.00. After one week they telephoned that it will take one more week. After one month they said the parts are not available at present and it will take another one week. It is ridiculous that they are not telling the real problem. I think there is something fishy in the matter. Where to complaint please tell.

                    Hi,

                    I have purchased a Samsung C-170 mobile[protected] and from last few days I was facing problem with this Handset problems are as follows:-
                    FM is not receiving signal, Headset mic is not working( Tried after changing headset), Loose contact for charger when connecting to mobile.
                    Yesterday, I went to a service centre and they have checked the handset for 10 minutes and after that they told me it's not under warranty because it is damaged by me, when I connect the charger back to mobile it was not charging. I just requested them to return the mobile in the same condition as it was before and they told me that you have to pay 1300 Rs for it. My handset is not at all phsically damaged still they are saying that it is damaged. Before this service centre visit my handset was charging fine only there is loose contact and now it's not charging at all. I think it is damaged by service centre guy. Now they are not ready to repair my handset and want me to pay 1300/-. On top of that they are charging me 150Rs/ labour charge Which is not at all right. As far as I know, if the product is under warranty and it is physically damanged then we have to pay only for part of that product.

                    Please give me right guidance. what should I do next, I am really pissed of their service. I have proof for all this

                      I am a resident of Ranchi. I have purchased a Samsung make Dual Sim mobile (Model SGH-D880, Sl. No. R4YQ3213992 ) from M/s. Montage, 18A, Jawaharlal Nehru Road, Kolkata-13 through Tax Invoice No. 2063 Dt. 24/03/2008 of Rs. 12000/=.

                      This has started giving keyboard problem since July, 2008. Ultimately it is given in Service Centre at Ranchi ( M/s. TRADE LINKER. Anantpur, Ranchi-834001. ) on 09/08/2008 for repair / replacement. They have issued a Service / Complaint Form on same day without any Claim no. and date.

                      After 4 days of continuous follow up, they have issued a Claim no. WA[protected] on 13/08/2008 and given a standby set ( model C170 ) on several request. This standby set has also problem with its reception.

                      Thus, I can not use my both Sims now and the faulty standby set gives trouble in conversations.

                      After regular follow ups, each time I get an assurance of getting it repaired within 2-3 days. Till date neither my mobile is repaired nor it is replaced. I am loosing all my official and business contacts and communications. It is also causing loss to my professional career too.

                      I am complaining about the Poor Quality and Service of Samsung of such expensive unit. I want justice in this regard, so that I can get my mobile back repaired / replaced immediately.

                      Samsung - SGH-C170 — Poor service and no stand-by given

                      On 23rd June I have given my mobile(SGH-C170) purchased on 16th March 2008 to Samsung Service centre at 9, Printing Press Area, Delhi. The phone is not working at all. These people have committed to deliver the phone back to me after 7 days. Which they failed to do. Then they promised to deliver after 10 more days. Which they are still unable to do so. And now, finally I have got another date of 2nd August 2008. AND THEY REFUSE TO PROVIDE ANY KIND OF STAND-BY PHONE. I have never heard of such irresponsible people of this kind of reputed company. I am really sorry for purchasing a mobile from samsung. if anybody reads this mail, i request him/her to get my phone repaired and given back to me ASAP as i am facing a lot of problems.
                      Till date nothing has come out. SAMSUNG Service Centre has neither returned my mobile nor replaced. I have already returned their stand-by set on their demand but no substitute stand-by set is again given to me. Now I am hopeless about the service and the product. I WANT MY MONEY BACK WITH INTEREST.

                        Sir/Madam,
                        Just a month back I had purchased a frost free Refrigerator type RT25ZVSS of Samsung make from M/S RA near Kothi char rasta at Baroda . This I did it after disposing my running Godrej make refrigerator of 300 L capacity with a expectation that life will be more comfortable to my wife and children. To our surprise it has stopped cooling and compressor does not run. Not only lot of food stuff got spoiled but it is an extreme harassment ot my family members.This was really a surprise to me and my family members.
                        While on the subject when I tried to enquire most fundamental thing like the principle of working of the thermostat I could not get a satisfactory reply ( by-metallic or thermocouple with assesories or gas filld bulb etc.).
                        The most surprising is I can not contact your LOCAL representatives who are going to attend the job. I do not understand what is the secracy in it. I wanted to ensure that when they land in our house my wife remain awake to receive them ( as she will be alone at that time over and above she is not keeping well). I hope I get a suitable reply from your management .

                        My refrigerator consistently reads inaccurate temperature. Even when reset, the temperature corrects itself then slowly returns to an erroneous reading. Where is the thermocouple, and is there anything I can do to correct this problem that seems to be consistent with this model RS265LBBP.

                            We bought a samsung RA23YV from Dawar International - Gurgaon on July 15, 2008. From the very initial period we are constantly facing a problem - once the door is closed it gets stuck and would not open for atleast 10 mins. It seems vacuum gets created and all our strength becomes useless to open it. We have complained twice (Complaint No[protected]. We are told this this is due to moisture and were given some temporary ways to get rid of the problem. However, none of them worked and we still continue to face the problem. If moisture content in the environment is the major reason, I wonder why this is applicable only to our refrigerator. None other in our locality is facing this problem. Being a new refrigerator, we are very much concerned about this problem. As you would understand this is a recurring problem and we are facing tremendous dif! ficulty in day-to-day usage.

                            We again complained online on Aug 31, 2008 and we received a mail saying that someone will get in touch with us but its 4 days after the complaint and still there is no news from the Company.

The macine has gone faulty withing 02 days o[censored]se as one pipe is leaking. We contacted Mr Parichay Gupta who has kept us on tenterhooks for last one month with promises of replacing the said pipe. However, till date it has not been replaced.

                                I am regret to inform you that within one and half year of purchase of computer the monitor went off .The SAME WAS GOT REPAIRED AT YOUR CHANDIGARH SERVICE STATION but it is not functioning properly in as much as the date allready stored in the computer viz the videos cannot be watched utmost to their clarity. the brightness of the monitor has been considerably reduced and at the same time the colour setting is not restored as per their standards requirement. the Engineer of the company has miserably failed to bring the Monitor in order and I therfore request to replace the same, if cannot be restored to its Original condition in the period of warranty. i hope that my complaint will be considered at the earliest and the grievance shown will be reedressed.                                 Samsung — repair of Monitor

                                Dear Sir,
                                I had bought a personal computer on 24/04/2007. The monitor was of your company. It 'LCD samsung monitor 17" with 3 years warranty". The monitor's Serial No was MJ1749FP9321373. The shop that I had bought from Bangalore, S.P. Road had the name as 'Vardaan Info Point' & receit No was 982.
                                The monitor is now not functional so I gave to shop where I bought it from & he immediately send to your service centre. Your mechanics said that it has gone bad because of high voltage so my warraty perod will not be useful.
                                I had other computer in the same house but it remained all right except this one.
                                I would request you to cheque & please say that I should be repaired as in warranty period without asking for extra money.

                                My Samsung Monitor has no display and the service man from Samsung came, since I was not having the Bill he didn't make the repairing. I had been told that the service centre trace the date by the barcode inside the monitor. What I should do in order to get my monitor repaired. I am ready to take the monitor the the Service Centre.

                                CRT MONITOR — NOT SWITCHING ON

                                SIR,
                                I'VE purchase assembled computer and monitor from NEXT shop at visakhaptnam in Aug 2008.ZEBRONICS monitor got bad within a few months.then i landed in the nearby ZEBRONICS authorised repair shop.Shop gave me the used one monitoe in place of a landed one saying that it will take longer time to repair the original one.Unfortunately the replaced one also started not swithching on after 2-3 months.again I've landed on 24 Apr 10 VIDE Receipt no 2199 TOP NOTHCH INFOTRONICS INDIA PVT LTD in the same authorised shop.This time no replacement has been given.warranty for the monitor is for 03 years.Now I don't want to accept the repaired one.Therefore I request ZEBRONICS co. to provide me a new CRT monitor/LCD monitor with whatever the price difference i'll pay.
                                Proof of landing the monitor is attached herewith.
                                Request necessary action.

                                    Micro Wavw purchased from Aditya sales, Sambalpur, ORISSA.
                                    Jan'2008. from last 21 days it is not being on.the service person came after 8 days after so many calls to him.repaired temporarily, we were not satisfied but he foreced us to assumed that M.W. is working ok. after few hours it is again stopped. Informed to same, complaint regiestered on 18.8.08.my self called at 30308282 and complained again on 21.08.08.Now we are waiting for some godhelp from samsung customer care & local service office.

                                      Before launching into my story, BBC Watchdog highlighted this series of refrigerators and Samsung suddenly woke up and extended teh warranties. Clearly, they know there's a problem.

                                      We bought this refrigerator on Aug 22 2005 (model RS21NCSW) in Bangalore, India. We did not have any problems with it for almost 2 years or so. Then, we noticed that when the power went out briefly (we have a generator and the power almost always comes back within a minute), the fan was making a racket and the temperature in the fridge would rise abruptly (it's upto 18C and therefore food spoilage etc). Each time this happened, we called the Samsung service center. Each time the service technician was here and opened the back wall of the fridge section from the inside, there was chunk of ice in the well surroundng the fan. Now, it seemed obvious that the fans blades were hitting the ice and therefore the racket. Each time, I tried to get the service technicians to try and figure out why the ice was forming, the answer was the same, "we'll replace the fan, clear the ice the problem will go away". This is terrible servicing. The fan has been replaced 3 times.

                                      There's 2 thoughts that come to mind regarding Samsung servicing.
                                      1) They are trying to make money off their service department.
                                      2) They simply have imcompetent people who do not enough training and are being told what steps to take if a particular problem occurs.

                                      I would really like to believe that it's the second thought that's true, however distressing it is.

                                      Now, I believe that this problem is not going to fix itself. And I don't want to continue gambling on the quality of food. I really would like to hear from Samsung about this issue. We are perfectly willing to pay for repair work if someone could figure out what's wrong. There has to be someone in the Samsung world who knows what to do when this problem happens. By the way, there's several reports on the web about this problem.

                                      The latest call was on Sep 1st 2008. Called 30308282 on Sep 1st and reported the problem. Complaint # [protected]. Soon after, I called[protected]Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Ltd) and asked to speak to a "manager". I wanted to know whether Samsung had acknowledged this problem in India (they seem to have in the UK). I spoke to one Mr. Babu Rao who said that the service engineer would be visiting etc and that the engineer would call in about an hour. This was at around 11am. Of course, nobody called. When I called the same office back, Mr. Babu Rao, of course, wouldn't come on the phone, but the person who received the call gave me the name and phone number of the technician (Rajesh, [protected]). This technician has been to check our fridge 3 of 5 previous reports of this problem. I spoke to him and he said that he was in Hennur and after that he would be coming to our place. In the meantime, the fridge temp was 18C and we couldn't figure out whether we should empty the fridge. Repeated calls to Rajesh were not successful, he simply wouldn't pick up the phone. My guess is that he is biding his time until his shift is done. This is service at its worst. So, it's 8:30pm and despite repeated assurances that the service engineer would be here are all lies.

                                      Same issue - Model RS2530BWP. Second time the technician has been out, 2 years without issue, and no solution other than "replace the fan again." I'm starting to wonder if they just don't know how to make refrigerators properly.

                                      Oh, and guess what? They want me to purchase an ADDITIONAL extended warranty so they can continue to come out and replace the fan when the ice builds up around it again. By the time we're done paying for warranties, we could have bought a new refrigerator.

                                      I will never buy Samsung products again.

                                        My name is Amit, i bought the Samsung HDMI DVD Player (f-1080) from DAWAR OPEN WORLD, MGF MALL, GURGAON.

                                        I got the region code error when i tried to play a DVD. I called the customer care and they told that person will visit my place to resolve the issue,
                                        but no one came. I called around 50 times but no one bothered. When I called the Dawar, they told me to take the player to service center and said that they won't be able to help. This is something really not expected from such a big dealer.

                                        This is the worst customer service i have seen yet. No one i.e.

                                        i purchased a monitor Syncmaster 794s. supplied faulty with very bad geometry of the display. on complaint the monitor was collected by service centre people and returned syaing that the monitor quality is ok. the set wa sreturned uncovered brought in an open auto with lot of dust covering the set. helplessly i hav to throw that now and by a new one. Vrndor is also not responding.
