[Resolved] Samsung / Mobile — service delay | |||
I had given my mobile handset samsung fit S5670 for repair to a company called V-Care from which i had purchased a warranty at the time of purchase the job sheet no.is 7999 dt.9th Aug. they had promised me 7 to 15 working days but it has already been about 40 days now whenever i ask them about the phone they say it has been in samsung service centre and we don't know how much more time will it take.It has been really unprofessional on there part as they are still not committing any time.I hope there must be some norms for mnc like samsung that they must fullfill customer's complaint under some period of time they can't keep the phone for as many time as they want.
