samsung/tv — New TV Sound not Functioning Properly

Dear All,

We have lodged a complaint on 14 Aug 2009 regarding Samsung TV sound not working. They give us Complaint Number : [protected] against this. One engineer came on 17 Aug and did some reparing and updated that now everything is ok. After half n hour same probleme started. We again complaint to the call centre but still we did not get any phone or any exectutive to get rectified. We are frustrated towards Samsung Service. Kindly look into the issue on urgent basis.

l am very dissappointed by the service of samsung l (MALA AHUJA) have registered a complain on the 16th of april 2010 as my window ac is not working but upto now noone has attended this complain why can anyone answer me why the service of samsung is so poor poor poor

Dear sir

I have registered a complain regarding my color samsung TV on 24 Sep 2010 stating that it is not working with Samsung customer care.They assured me that their engineer will visit on the very same day but it didnt happen. Then I repeatedly called them up and later they visited after 06 days. They chrged me service fee and went saying that he will return after 2-3 days as some parts were faulty that will cost us Rs 1000. Since then I am calling them and they rae making a fool of me by giving false assurance. Even though I have talked to seniors sitting there but nobody turned up till date.

Pls look into the matter.

Samsung — samsung not listening the complaint

I have complaint 2 times at Samsung customer care about my referigerater which i am purchased on 14march'12 from Aligarh.Now the referigerter is totally dead although Samsung has given me the reference number also-[protected].my complaint is ignoring the complaint again and again.
