LCD TV panel damage

I bought the Samsung TV LCD LA 40 R 71 in March'2007. Just after 4 years of running with few repair by the Samsung Service team, I came to know that the colour panel needs to be replaced. The cost of the panel is 35,000/-. I am surprised that a life of a TV from Samsung is only 4 yrs.
How can somebody afford to spend Rs. 1 lac to buy a TV for 4 yrs life only.
I request Samsung to look into this matter immediately...

Its really FUNNY. Everyday I M complaining and U people R not even have a simple courtsey to ask the problem. The auto generated mails R not the solution of my problem. B'coz mail is always asking to vote for satisfied or not? how I can vote and its really funny system to make the people fool, nothing else.
I M going to the superior authority, if the same will not be entertained till the end of this week.

tv not working
Hi All,
We had purchased a sumsung color tv of model no -->CTV-SAM-21"-21A551-ULTRASLIM 300WATT-BLACK on 26-MAR-2009, and it is not working at all.
We had tried calling that next shop but they are not responding.
We had purchased this tv from a next shop situated in RT nagar-->
No 11/12, P&T colony, RT nagar, bangalore 32.
