[Resolved] Samsung / Tv — LCD TV panel damage | |||
I bought the Samsung TV LCD LA 40 R 71 in March'2007. Just after 4 years of running with few repair by the Samsung Service team, I came to know that the colour panel needs to be replaced. The cost of the panel is 35,000/-. I am surprised that a life of a TV from Samsung is only 4 yrs. How can somebody afford to spend Rs. 1 lac to buy a TV for 4 yrs life only. I request Samsung to look into this matter immediately and do the necessary rectification without this high amount of charges.
