Its really FUNNY. Everyday I M complaining and U people R not even have a simple courtsey to ask the problem. The auto generated mails R not the solution of my problem. B'coz mail is always asking to vote for satisfied or not? how I can vote and its really funny system to make the people fool, nothing else.
I M going to the superior authority, if the same will not be entertained till the end of this week.

One Mr. Manish called me from[protected] on OCT. 12 and again on OCT 16 (when I made the complaint again) and told me that Ur (SAMSUNG) representative will call me. But unfortunately no one has been turned to me.
The company SAMSUNG has nothing to worry as they had taken the money from me and if the product is not satisfactory or it collapsed in 15 days, what the company has to loose? other then reputation and the future bznz??
Scenario shows that SAMSUNG is not at all having the care of the customers. No one is answering and or calling me for the replacement of my TV. Whenever I M sending the complain thru this email product support (NO body knows which kind of product support SAMSUNG is providing) engine, I received and receiving and may receive the (auto generated) mail again that the complaint has been noted, but after noting down the complaint on 09th of OCT. 2010, no step has been taken by the company. And company itself knows about its poor quality of the product and the services thereon, therefore no contact details of the company in India or Korea kept on the website.
Once again I M taking this opportunity to bring to Ur kind knowledge that Ifthe replacement of the TV will not be given to me till the end of this week,then I will buy a new TV of any other company with reserving my rights to take money back from SAMSUNG along with all the losses I made due to the failure of SAMSUNG people, who never cares to solve my problem/s.

Let me introduce my self first, I am Mr. Kirti Mehta living at Ahmedabad [Gujarat ] India.

I would like to bring to Ur kind notice with above all references that I have purchased your branded Samsung 29” Television model # 2940Z Slim from my nearest T.V. retail out let company jay Ambe Electronics, Nr. Krishna Bus stop Nava Vadaj Ahmadabad [Gujarat] INDIA Phone No : +[protected]

I have got problem in this Samsung 29” Television 2940Z Slim, Within 15 Days this T.V. Picture tube is faded up gradually and on date of 09th OCT. 2010 it is completely stopped to see a picture on this T.V., Immediately I contacted My Retailer, he suggest me to make complaint at your toll free Nos[protected] in India a and advised me to lodge a complaint. On date of 09 th OCT 2010, being a SATURDAY on 9th OCT. the lady on the no.[protected] told me that the mechanic/engineer will come to Ur place only on Monday the 11the OCT. 2010.

On Monday at 17:00 hrs Mr. Alshwin Serivce Engineer has came at my home check entire T.V. and accept that this T.V. is totally collapsed. He told me This Samsung T.V Picture Tube is Failed and it will take 20 to 25 days to come over here to replace.

But I excuse for this replacement of Tube, I want to replace complete this T.V. Set because I have also doubt about internal mother board and circuit system, May this T.V. is faulty with all component. It is not tasted very well in your factory. Hence U R requested to Replace My T.V early as possible. Our Hindu Festival is coming up. We want to fresh and genuine T.V. set. Not faulty or untested rejected T.V. set.


My Question to you is possible to happen such type of loss T.V. screen faded with in 15 days?

Are you supplying used T.V. to INDIA ?
Are supplying faulty T.V to Indian Consumer ?

If it is why are selling with new price ? You should sell as used Samsung T.V. introducing to INDIA. I never got the such types problem from other brand like LG and Sony Before buying of your Samsung brand T.V. My Friend having Samsang TV set same 29 “ Model there is not any single problem since he purchased and by his recommendation only, I have taken a chance to go for SAMSUNG. This is the application of complaint/s to your company is not normal but You should take it seriously It’s absolutely failed model, Not genuine Model, If it is possible try to stop the production for particular of this Model and remove the existing stock any where in the world market.

The people of Samsung in India are not eligible to support customer problem thus I pursue to complaints directly to Samsung Korea, you can note down my address phone nos and try to short out my problem but Please don’t inform any representative of Samsung India or any technician of India. . Please let me advice when and where I have to send back your T.V to Korea ?

Samsung 29 — Bad After sales service

To whomsoever it may concern,
I purchased a Samsung 29" TV from "Rahi Electronics" at Mira Road on[protected]. Within a couple of months time, the TV screen started to scramble up when the volume was increased. As a thoughtful customer, I called up "Samsung customer service" on the same day(ie; on 14/10/2008 ) & complained about it with the complaint# [protected]. The rep on the other line who was based in Chennai said to me that they will send a repairs person at my residence within 48 working hours. Fair enough I said & waited for some service person to show. Now, it was well into the 3rd day & I got really fed up, since noone showed up; Hence, I decided to call up my dealer "Rahi Elec" instead. The dealer said that I as a customer, should always inform any problems to them first, as them being the "1st Point of Contact". Now, the dealer promised that they will send a technician within 48 hours time; which evidently happened on the 4th day. The tech came & fixed the TV(so to be), however, within 10 days time, the TV started doing the exact same thing. This time however, because I was informed by the dealer as they were the "1st POC"-I obliged & contacted them. The dealer promised to send someone across by evening that day -which to my surprise did happen! A tech named "Abu" from the "Samsung Care centre"(Mira Road Branch) came & took the "main circuit board" from inside the TV with him, citing issues with the same & wanted to keep it under observation for 2-4 days time. I said ok, if that fixes the problem. It was on 24/10/2008 that the tech took the "main circuit board" & promised to return it back by next Thursday or Friday(ie; by 30/10 or 31/10). This tech, said that I must contact him only, as he the senior tech for any issues with "Samsung elec" in the "MiraRoad" area. As a concerned customer(which I was by now), took his cellphone number to keep a followup for the same. I waited till Saturday(01/11) & even on Sunday(02/11), but to my bewilderment! he did not show up as promised on either of the days. However, I managed to contact him on Saturday(ie; 01/11)- he said he is enjoying a "Picnic" in "Badlapur" & can be least bothered with what has happened to my TV. However, he asked me to contact the "Samsung Care centre", if I wished to have this issue resolved. I felt pity at myself & helpless to be precise. I called up "Rahi Elect"(my dealer) who had asked me to inform about any such issues that may arise & thats exactly what I did. The person named "John" @"Rahi Elect" confirmed that this issue has been escalated to a supervisor named "Ashish" who is with "Samsung Care centre"(Mira Road Branch)" & promised me that this issue will be resolved (by hook or by crook) on or before 1800 hrs IST. But once again, neither did I receive a courtesy call nor did anybody followed up on my issue. If there is anybody who can help me, please help! in this dire situation. I don't understand what to do & what should be my next course of action?

I hope this site really works for consumers..I bought LCD tv and my remote stopped working and 3 weeks gone no reply recd till yet from their side . Even Numbers published on justdial mumbai are not answering .i have to use my TV with buttons attached to it which is reducing its life and may stop working in future ,. Hope this matter is taken seriously and answered .My Number 28229360.
