I have given berth no L11. I have seen the berth and the condition was not in good so informed the REP regarding the same and want to change or cancel my ticket. The Representative told me to take the berth at SL5 and in (guindy stop/ Sangitha travels pick up point )they told me that the seat which i was occupied was booked by others.
when confirmed by the Guindy Representative they have clubbed the passengers of 9.45 pm bus in 10.30pm bus. When i have asked him what about the promise and he told me to get down (it was an insult to me).
The bus was dirty, untidy, dusty, the foul smell and bed sheet and pillow are coated with thick stains (same as floor cleaning cloth) Really it was hell experience and i am experimenting asthma now. which i had never had asthma since last 12 year.
worst travels had made me unhealthy...
My suggestion to the owner of this travels not to travel in his owned bus ...he may also suffer asthma or suffocation.
I have seen all the Best Travels and sangita travels (Particularly the Bus no: KA-01 B 7491) is the worst one out of the best
My request to sangita travels do not forget the basic principles of service, this type of treatment will surely cost them in the long run.
No more recommendations from me, I'm afraid...
