Sansui 2989 P - I - P — service is failed to solve problem

sir we have purchased sansui2989picture in picture digital coloure television from the rajahmundry new innovations deler
model no. CH[protected]S
serial no. GB8898-88
the problem with the TV is it is in stand by position and it is not working we had consulted sansui service center but they failed to repaire it.being it is so expensive we are urging you to do somthing.as it was a company product the servise center persons are telling that it is hard to be get repaired and they also admitted that the spare parts were also not available to them we buied it in the year 1998
