[Resolved] Sansui — not getting service under warranty | |||
I have sansui 1 ton split ac purchased in jan 2019. My remote is not working and some problem with pcb. I tried to reach to various customer care numbers of sansui, did emails. I am following sansui from last one month. They have not at all online presence to search customer support. It's very frustrating post sales. Please let me get to specific executive of sansui to get service for ac. I will loose warranty period till 9 jan 2020. Was this information helpful? | |||
