My TV which is Sansui Furatto 21eye was spoilt on 23/11/2008 and i called up the sunsui service center and lodge a complaint they had informed me that the technician will come to my place within 24hrs however no one turned up the next 2 days i continueously had to make calls and finally they picked my TV from my place on 27/11/32008 i was informed that it will be repaired and delivered back within 48hrs however i neither rcvd any calls nor any information about what went wrong with my TV. today it is 08/12/2008 and my TV is not yet repaired. I have been to the service center arround 3 to 4 times which was of no news. i have been making 10 to 15 calls to the service center and i have been receiving just one answer we are working... we are waiting for the sr. technician to come, we do not have the parts, no power in the service center... etc...Pls help Was this information helpful? |
