DEAR SIR, I HAD PURCHASES SANSUI COLOR TV 29" HARD ROCK FROM A DEALER (BHAGYADEEP ELECTONICS,KAKTIVES ROAD BELGAUM.Mr.HEMANT [protected]) 1.1/2 YRS BACK AND NOW I AM FACING PROBLEM FROM THE SERVICE CENTRE IN BELGAUM SINCE I HAD GIVEN A COMPLAINT REGARDING SOUND PROBLEM AND THEIR TECHNACIAN Mr,SHAIKH AHD REPAIR IT ON 17/08/2009 BUT AFTER ONE MONTH I RECD ONE MORE PRODLEM IN THE TV SO I CALLED Mr.SHAIKH FOR REPAIRING IT BUT HE TOLD ME THAT THE TV CHASSIS HAS TO BE REPLACED AND IT WILL COST AROUND 4500/-+ SERVICE CHARGES BUT WHEN I ENQUIRED ABOUT THE RATE IN SERVICE CENTRE THEY TOLD ME 3500/-+SERVICE CHARGES 200/- BUT NOW WHEN I AM GIVING CALLING TO THIER TECHANCIAN Mr.SHAIKH HE IS NOT RESPONDING IE NOT PICK UP HIS MOBLE([protected]).SO MY TV IS OFF FOR ABOUT 15 TO 20 DAYS.
