Sansui Colour TV — Picture not coming

In My Colour TV Sound is coming but picture is not coming.I am in Lucknow.
I want Sansui service centre telephone nos, so that I may lodge a complaint.The telephone nos. given to me are not working.All the time I am receiving that please check the number you have dialed.
