[Resolved] Sansui Colour TV — TV sensors and switches are not working
Hi My name is Shabin. I am from Chennai. WE had bought a Sansui Colour TV around 10 months before with a warranty period of 1 year. One month back the complaint started. The problem is with the switches and sensors. Whenever we try to increase the channel from TV (Remote is already not working), the volume will increase and sometimes none of the switches will work, it stays as if we didn't touched anything. We have given a complaint to the nearest (Authorised)service centre of Sansui two weeks before. After the continous calls from us, a person came to repair. But he said the problem with the TV cannot be rectified, also he needs the bill although we are having all the warranty papers. He left without doing anything. We called again and he told, the problem is with switches and it is out of stock. After some time he agreed to change the switches but not the remote. Still he didn't came to repair the TV..!!!!
Now what should we do to stand against these kind of irresponsibilities ??
