I PURCHASED A 29' SANSUI TV FROM A DEALER IN RAJALAKSHMI'S THE DREAM WORLD IN BANGALORE ON 01-7-05.
MODEL:H.R-29WT[protected].
IN LAST YEAR THEY CAME AND REPAIRED BUT THIS YEAR ALSO WE ARE FACING THE SAME PROBLEM. OUR COMPLAIN NO 110033 DATED11/11/07,

EVEN AFTER REPEATED REMINDERS THEY HAVE TAKEN THE SET TO THE WILSON GARDEN MACOTAX CONSULTANTS BANGALORE AND DELIVERED AFTER 1 WEEK WITH IN 2 DAYS
AFTER DELIVERING THE SET IS IT GIVING THE SAME PROBLEM.WE HAVE PAID RS1200 EVEN THOUGH IT WAS UNDER WARRANTY FOR 4 YEARS.STILL THE PROBLEM PERSISTS. WE ARE NOT ABLE VIEW THE TV.
I REQUEST YOU TO TAKE THE NECESSARY ACTION TO RECTIFY THE SAME
