My name is Uma.
My service request for Sansui is- GHA[protected].
My husband has purchased a Sansui Led on 13/09/2012 and dealer told us that it will be installed within a Day.
It’s been more than 9 days my LED is not installed yet.
I have called up customer care several times and they are not helping us.
According to them, the issue is already escalated.
They had provided me several different numbers for service engineers and for service centre heads. Service engineers are not picking up the phone and once he picked he said ‘ I am coming’ and then switched off the phone.
When I called up second time to service centre, they given me different service engineer number and that engineer done the same thing ‘I am coming’ and then switched off the phone.
It seems like I have done the biggest mistake of my life by buying this Sansui LED.
I got fed up calling customer care , service engineers and service centers.
