[Resolved] Sansui — poor quality ,failed after 14 months | |||
I have purchased 32" lcd tv of sansui make in october 2009 and it has failed (not showing picture on screen).Immediately after i have launched a complaint to the service station ,they sent one mechanic to my house for repair who was not able to understand the defect hence he called back to the office to understand the failure (technical help).After half and hour of discussion ,he concluded that the tuner pcb is failed. He immediately told that you have to pay 9000 as the warranty had expired.Till date, no efforts have been taken regarding the repair of the television.Last fiftee ndays ,my television has been lying as an idle box.I hereby request ,that people should twice before buying such products. Sansui — poor customer complaint
after buying Sansui Hard Rock-29-Wt television in oct-05 it got repaired for three times.last it was repaired dated-05-jan-08.vide complaint job no-100SA08A04004. Again by the grace of the company the product is now turned blank.on dated-15th may 2008 i called at jaipur customer care centre no[protected] and got complaint no--5k[protected].Executive promised me that my T.V will be repaired within two days.
Technician came on dtd-16th may08 but left as it is because he doesn't have adequate parts and promised to come back same evening.
As he didn't come i called 5 times to get the status but customer care executive gave me another no for follow ups[protected]Mr.Bhuvnesh).
I kept waiting for him to come and left all my important jobs.
This is a sheer example of BAD QUALITY PRODUCT & poor service and false committment specially from customer care the dept. assigned for this job only.
