Sansui Service Center — Worst service ... no responses to complaints | |
I had launched a complaint (#ban[protected]) on 18th sep regrading my tv and i was assured that someone will visit my place within 24 hrs. Till today (22nd sep) noone contacted me meanwhile i tried contacting the customer care again but they did not have any idea about the progress of this complaint. i finally asked the local manager's (Harish) number and contacted him but someone else with name sridhar picked up phone.. he again assured that technician has been assigned and he will contact me in few minutes and gave me his number as well.... when i did not receive any call from technician ( mahesh ) .. i called him and he refused to come and said that he has work in other area and will not be visiting today and i can atlk abt it with sridhar again ... Sansui has failed to meet after sales service miserably and they have fallen flat on their commitments which they give on one full page ads in newspaper ... it was worst experience i have ever had with any electronics company ..
