i purchased a sansui color television in june 2012. i m complaining on[protected] since 1 Feb about raster and color patch problem on my tv screen but problem has not been resolved till now. my complain booking no is JAI[protected] & JAI[protected] & JAI[protected]. they sent their service engineer but he was unable to troubleshoot the problem.
Sansui Television — useless product and company carelessness
Dear Sir/Madam
This is to inform you that I have purchases a SANSUI color Television dated 26/01/2010 from a SANSUI Authorised Distributor Name SUNNY ELECTRONICS Near Kirari Chowk Main Mubarakpur Road Delhi-86, During the purchasing time of T.V. Sansui Executive Promised us Warranty for 1 year and prompt service. T.V. is working smoothly but Now 26/09/2010 this is not working properly i.e. (No picture only sound ) Then Dated 26/09/2010 I do a complain for this regard from sunny electronics Where I had purchase the televison he promised us for solution within 3-4 days after four days a Sansui Engineer Came to our home for repairing the T.V. and gone without solution and told us that T.V. Plate is broken and company does not taken warrantee for plate we charged 2500/- for repairing charge with you (during this time I was on my office only my wife and children was in home). When I came to home and my wife telling me all about the Engineer and I checked the condition of T.V. I found that 2 screw of T.V. misplaced and T.V. Body is Cracked where Screw Exist. Now I again complain Sunny Electronics He told us that our work is only company product selling we are not responsible for warranty he gave us Sansui Customer Care no. and says Talk this No. and take Solution. After that we complain customer care 6/10/2010 and he gave us complain No. and promise us for solution within 3-4 days but we got no response then we again complain 10/10/2010 and telling about consumer court then he promised us we solve your case within 2 days after that dated 13/10/2010 We recived a Call form Sansui Engineer (which was came previously who are demanding us 2500/- rupees for solution) and again demanding 2500/- rupees when I refused for this he told us that you are broken your T.V. and Now your Warranty is Over , When I say that If We damage the T.V. then why other Part is safe like as T.V. glass or T.V. body Etc. why only inner Part like plat?? And we do not give you any money then he talk us badly and say that now I have no time for you and cut the phone.
Now today 16/10/2010 we till now receive any response from SANSUI side
Please Note….. I have purchase T.V. in 12 month Installment 1150 rs. Per month due date is 26 per month and our 8000 (approximately is paid ) only 5 month installment is balanced
