Hi,

Am just back from my native place, I feel I have been totally cheated by trusting you guys. If you want money go and beg why are you cheating people. I want my money back.

See the picture attached. Those are the things that have been changed.

First the transistor, the market price is 35 rupees and your guy has charged 350 rupees where are you guys getting it from Pakistan?
2nd the capacitor which isn’t charged in bill
3rd yellow tee, in the market its available for 350 rupees but your guy has charged me 650 rupees
4th item which he has written in the bill is TV port which he hasn’t given me anything and charged 127 rupees

WHAT NONSENSE IS THIS HIGH AMOUT I WOULD HAVE GONE TO NEAR BY SHOP AND GOT IT REPAIRED RATHER THAN TRUSTING YOU GUYS. I WILL SCAN AND SEND THE BILL.

PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS AND REFUND MY MONEY AT THE EARLIEST. I COULD HAVE GOT IT DONE WITHIN 300 RUPEES. I HAD CALLED YOU GUYS ON CUSTOMER CARE + THE SMS THING.

Mr. Jeelan had visited our house don’t know what he did, first he said two things are gone and you need to pay 410 to make it work. He didn’t use them, but did some testing and when he switched on TV something happened and now he said one more thing is gone which he doesn’t have with him and might not be available in his service center too which would cost 800 rupees. And he asked us to get the TV to service center and keep it there for 2 days they want to check.

I DON’T UNDERSTAND WHY WE NEED TO SEND TV TO SERVICE CENTER FOR TWO DAYS?
YOU GUYS DON’T HAVE THE SPARE PARTS REQUIRED?
DON’T KNOW WHAT TESTING HE HAS DONE AND HOW THE THIRD ITEM BLOWN AWAY?
IS HE EQUIPPED TO DO SERVICING?
HE TOOK NUMBERS AND HASN’T CONTACTED US SO FAR?

ITS MORE THAN 5 DAYS SINCE WE HAVE RAISED SERVICE REQUEST, DOES THIS ACTUALLY WORK?

Hi,

This is Syed here, my contact number is xxx. I had raised a complaint(xxx) 3 days so far nobody even after 48 hours has contacted/responded. I had called customer care three times and all the time I got contact numbers of service centers all were wrong numbers.

i have sansui TV i got problem from few days, when i swich on the tv after 2 or3 second tv turned off when we start it again the TXT OFF message appeared on the tv and turned off again
i have sansui slimx211, now it is dead and LOT having problem, but part no is not available to purchase .can u provide the same?
my sansui t v 29 inch pur dt14.02.2009.is in off .inner parts fired with sound.shop repairer demand rs.3600.00.i want to get a new tv by exchange.
