i have a sansui television Model no. SV 2102 & its serial no is[protected]. its picture tube got spoilt .
i didnot find a new tube in the market.
i m from Rohtak ( Haryana).
i want to know ur nearest brach o[censored]r company. please mail me adrress or contact no. o[censored]r branch.

My Sansui TV is completely shut down from Last 5 Days. and i am trying to call customer care center thane but there all ph no. is out of service. so i am requiest to that please give me feed back as early as possible.

My Sansui TV is running at the timely bling on off in pitcher mode from last two days, but continusely running on tv not in it the mistake, So small cape after on the Tv start the problem.So i am request to the please give me feed back as early as possible.

When I am writing this complain today's date is 17/3/2011, place - Bhawanipatna, Kalahandi (Orissa) .

I have purchased a 20'' SANSUI TV(SANSUI CTV) in the year 2005 on 4thMarch which came with a warranty of 7 years & it is still valid till 4thMarch, 2012 (The warranty paper conditions written COMPREHENSIVE WARRANTY IS GIVEN FREE ON PICTURE TUBE FOR CTV FOR 7- YEARS INCLUDING FREE REPLACEMINT). Automatically picture is not clear Since 6 months.Now it is purely out of order the local costomer care are not taking any action at here level.so the costome are facing so many problem.

Dear Sir,

We have purchased a 15 inch Sansui colour TV on 25.03.2011 but we have not seeing this TV properly due to picture fault.Your engineer already visited 04 times for this problem but they are unable to solve this problem.

We have complained for same problem 01 week ago but your customer care which is located in Kolkata does not interested in this matter.
