Sansui — REGARDING VERY IRRESPONSIBLE BEHAVIOUR OF SERVICE PERSONS

I(Alok Sharma) bought a 26" (kyuuten lcd 264)sansui lcd tv from kant tv centre narora bulandshahr two years ago. 3 months before my tv started troubles to me no picture was there. i went to kant tv centre and noted a complaint in their loacl register and i was assured that compeny person will come and rectify the problem. after lots of follow up i found the service persons phone no and i start to call him. he and his other members of that service centre at buland shahar always replied me that they will reach me in two or three days but they never came to me.
I then registerd a comopalint to ur customer care executive in name of my frnd vikram singh as he live in delhi and asked the person if they have problem to attend the tv complant at my local address B-40/1 NAPS TOWNSHIP NARORA BULAND SHAHAR 202389 , then i can leave my tv at his address in delhi the complent no is gha [protected] on date 4th april 2010 . your representative replied me that they can rectify the problem at my home address so i kept my tv at my home they assured me their service person will reach to me in 24 hrs. i was waiting for him but he didnt came i again went to kant tv and told him my problem he said me to leave tv wid him he will rectify the fault. after 16 days a service person from sansui came to my home and asked about my tv. i told him that tv is with kant tv centre narora he went over there and he removed supply card from tv and took away with him and saying that power card id not working. he then never contacted me and nor took any other corrective action. I again contacted to your customer care centre he asked me to register the complain again it was date 30 th of april the complaint no is gha [protected] but nothing happend excepet some person name pankaj called to me and asked about problem and assured me that he will rectify problem in one week. i again contacted your call center and came to know that both of my complanints were rejected. and i agin register the complaint no is gha[protected] now i asked phone no of service franchisee at bulandshahar he told me that it will need rs11000 to repare thats why they rnot rpairing. i my self contacted your service person mr pankaj he said he will rectify my tv in a week. but still nothing happend i insisted to omveer singh and kant tv centre reassemble my tv agiain but they didnt on forcing very much to both of them i got power supply installed in the tv still 2 scews a are missing from tv. will you pls tell me who is responsible of the phycal damage if it occurred due to this rough handling of the product. I am totally upset abut the thatings happend to us i have done some 200 calls to diffrent ppl related to service i have registerd my compleants to your website but nothing positive i felt to happen. people at diffrent level have such a casual approach thay dont even want to replay to the queries.
I am now cursing that decision of me when i decied to purchase a product of such a compeny
