I have bought a sanyo washing machinefrom big bazar on 28/01/2008 and since then it had no problems but from past three months it is not working infact I had complaint many times but always the service engineer answer was that it had gear box problem and he will put up a request for gear box the complaint no. is 226558 Dated: 09/09/2009 and since then I'm awaiting for repair.
I had personally spoken to Mr.nawal patil service incharge of mulund branch and every time he requested to wait for few days , but my patience has given the reply.
As a household consumer product used for daily needs, we are facing a lot problem for washing clothes.it has been two months that my part has not been replaced and being sanyo a professional MNC company I understand that there can't be any spares problem. Every time Mr.Patil assured that the part has been dispatched from banglore but after waiting for a week he replies that they have not received the part. Even if somebody walks from banglore to mumbai it would have reached mumbai long back.
I would appreciate if you help me to resolve my problem

Sanyo — tv died
Less than 2 years ago I bought a 37" Sanyo LCDHDTV. Today it started turning itself off and on and the screen is completely black. What happened to the days when tv's lasted for 10 years or longer? I called and asked what I could do to try and fix it and did what they said and still nothing. Very disappointed. This was the tv that replaced ours that was stolen when our house was broken into and we got a piece of crap. I will never buy another sanyo tv. EVER.
