I have a Sanyo 8 kg fully automatic washing machine about 4 years old. It has not been working for the last 8 months. I must have made at least 50 calls to their local service centre and their regional manager service Mr. Ganguly in the past few months, seeking repair of the item. However, other than a serivice engineer making a couple of visits, the washing machine remains defective. It is regretable that a reputed company such as Sanyo is indulging in such activities and not repairing a reasonably expensive product in spite of repeated complaints. Was this information helpful? |
