SBI Credit Card — Closure of Credit Card

I had SBI Credit card and on Nov 08 i had given request to cancel my Card, however they took 3 to 4 months to just close and after that till date i am regularly getting SMS and mail about SBI credit card offer, for which i had already requested multiple times that i dont need any communication from SBI Credit Card.

I am really harrashed with SBI Credit and regret why i used SBI Credit card services.
