My self mrs. Nalini Lingasur present i am the card holder of SBI gold & more card i got out standing bill around 630.00 rupees and i didn't used this card so i don't need this card so pls cancel my card so kindly tel what should i do for cancellation....

Cancellation of card and reduction of charges

Hi,
After receiving a several calls from SBI, i have agreed to take the SBI credit card, even though i was using ICICI Titanium credit card from lat 5 years.
but unfortunately i had a worst experience with SBI. SBI executive who used to call for this card told me that this card will be having 499 rs of annual charges, but if i spend 2000 Rs for the firsttwo month then the first year charge will redeemed, and similarly...

Hi,
I am Archana, your sales executive (Ms. Ishita @ [protected] & [protected]) offered me SBI gold & more credit card (499/- yearly charge and 1200/- gift voucher).
When I received card, it was having only 200/- gift voucher, same time I called to SBI help line and sales executive and updated same.
I did follow UP for 3-4 days and then finally informed them not to activate card and cancel card.br...
